Update to initial review! Like I said at the start of my last review, we have had fantastic experience with this company up until last week, when a miscommunication on both parts resulted in me leaving the office unhappy. I received a call from Dr Razavi today and all matters have been resolved. I have always believed that the way a company deals with a complaint speaks volumes! I took my son to Dr. Razavi to assess him for braces. I was so impressed with the staff and their approach, I decided to have my teeth fixed too! Dr. Razavi used the newest technology. I like the new location of the Orthodontist because its close to a mall so I can go shopping after my appointment, I can watch the soybeans grow in the field during my appointment. The staff there are very friendly and understanding of any issues you have. Its a nice environment to be in since all the dentist get along and its easy to have a nice conversation with everyone who works there. The waiting room is very comfortable, even though you are never waiting long. There is free WiFi that is pretty high speed which is also really nice so you can tell your friends how awesome the palladium orthodontists are. There are video games set up so if you bring young kids with you, they will not be board. There is also free coffee for everyone which actually tastes pretty good. These people know what they are talking about and try their very hardest to make your time in braces the best. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting braces! read more
