This is 2 reviews in 1 because Palios and I are going steady. I recently on Nov 30th 2025 went to Palios with a friend and we got a delicious half and half pizza. I really love that the half and half was made so perfectly with each persons half not having spillage from the other persons half. The people are friendly! A few months ago, Showed up on Sunday afternoon with 7 people and they took great care of us! Pizza is great thin crust. Cute ambiance and great triple chocolate cake. Karlon was very nice. A few tips: You have to order at the counter and find your own seat so be prepared. They do have lunch specials On Sunday I didn't see anyone regularly coming around to clean tables so if that bothers you then just ask someone to clean the tables and they will make time. If I could give zero stars I would, this place is awful. I placed an online order and got a confirmation. When I go to pick up my order the staff tells me they do not have my order but they remember making the pizzas for my order and might have given it to the wrong customer but that they would remake it at no charge. The cashier who stated she was a "manager" proceeds to ask me to pay AGAIN for my order that I have already paid for and have proof of paying. She then gets her manager on the phone who was less than helpful. I spent an hour trying to get the food I already paid for. This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers who have no understanding of customer service. Asking a customer to pay 120$ for 4 pizzas is INSANE. I would not recommend this dump to anyone!!! read more

My wife ordered the Ralphie. It was 22$ for a medium pizza - at 12 inches (smaller than normal 14 inch mediums) I was complaining all the way home. Then I took a bite. And proceeded to eat half of it. It was a dang good pizza. Expensive - but very tasty. I guess it's worth the money. read more

The customer service in this location is better. I ordered the gyro sandwich that comes with potato chips, I had the Caesar salad as a side which comes with a drink and cannoli for dessert. The gyro sandwich was simple but good. The Caesar salad was simple but good as well. I love a good cannoli and ordered the vanilla one. I love that they have creme sodas like lemon acai cream soda and vanilla cream. They still have their Christmas decor up which is nice to look at. The various booths and interior of the store looks clean and organized. I'll have to check out other food/dessert on their menu sometime. read more

Made a second trip here last week for takeout. Appreciate the variety of toppings and combos for pizzas and smaller sizes. My dad got hamburger pizza and I got the Nutty Chicken pizza. We both enjoyed them as we did our first visit. We will return. Give them a try if you have yet to do so. read more

My husband and I have eaten here a few times and although my husband really isn't crazy about their pizza, I have always liked it. We ordered the Greek and added Italian sausage and my husband said he really enjoyed it. We love that this restaurant is BYOB. This location rocks! Palio's has the best thin crust pizza in the area in my opinion and they have (what is now!) my favorite flavor combination - the Hawaiian sunrise. They could do with some new side items but for pizza they cannot be beat! Also I know I can pick up a "phone in" order in under 30 minutes every time. I hardly dine in the actual restaurant itself but the BYOB option is a great draw if I do and the place is very kid friendly. read more

Dad, visiting from Granbury, wanted to give Palio's a try (he recently read an article about this location in the Fort Worth Star Telegram). Basically the same great pizza experience we've had in the past, though this time we went with a half cheese (my favorite) and half pepperoni and anchovies... I know, weird, huh? That was dad's choice. Cheese side was great (I prefer thin crust). It was the first time I went cheese only at Palio's. Dad's side was good too (though I could have done without the greasy pepperoni). It seems it getting harder to find places that do anchovies, so it was a nice treat (I like anchovies, I just don't love them). Bottom line: Still a good pizza choice in Keller. PS. This is the first time I was here at lunch, so I noticed the lunch specials... For $7.99 your choice of lunch size pizza and three toppings, or any sandwich, or a lunch calzone up to 3 stuffings or any pasta. This was the first time I ordered from this place. I won't be back. I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza. It's the size of a frozen pizza that I would get at the grocery store. The crust is about the same quality as a frozen pizza. It was missing the ranch dressing that is supposed to be drizzled on top. The pizza was $20.50! Absolutely ridiculous. Reliable place for a lunch pizza and small salad. Usually quiet and nice ambiance and a better experience than Pie5 down the street. Friendly manager stops by to check on his patrons. Best pizza in Keller. We had been to the Palio's a few times in Grapevine, and liked it a lot, but we were totally blown away by this one. We had been waiting for several months for this place to open, and then saw the "Now Open" sign and immediately had to go check it out. So, after eating there 4 times in 3 weeks, here's a few of my thoughts: Atmosphere: Not anything spectacular, but it is a very nice and clean establishment (it did just open, after all). It's the kind of place where you put in your order and pay at the front and then grab your drink and have a seat. This does cause for some chaos on a Friday night, because this place is crazy busy (people are obviously catching on quick to this awesome pizza). One very fun plus is the soda machine. Insane amount of different flavored sodas and drinks. But, this as well causes for some chaos on a Friday night, especially when there are a lot of kids taking 5 minutes to decide which drink they want! Food: Spectacular pizza. I am from up north where we love the thin, cracker crust-type pizza. This place does NOT disappoint. They have several interesting specialty pizzas, as well as pasta, sandwiches, and salads. Prices aren't too high, but could maybe be a little lower. ($18 for an extra large specialty pizza). Also, this is a BYOB establishment. Service: This is a tough one because the place just opened, so it's hard to be that critical of the teens that work the front counter. They definitely need to get their feet wet! Other than that, the manager is always walking around and making sure everyone is happy. We were very impressed with how he is able to handle the craziness of this very popular place, while still being very attentive to guests' needs. First time visitor and I am surely never going to return. I came to this place with an open mind and empty stomach. I ordered the meatball sandwich, my wife ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and my daughter ordered a simple a cheese pizza. When the pizza arrives it was clearly burnt so I asked the server if this a normal looking pizza and I think he humbled something like...yeah. I shook my head and told my daughter to start eating. I too started eating my sandwich. Right off the bat the meatballs tasted like they were freezer burnt and certainly were NOT homemade. I watched my wife dig into her fettuccine and almost immediately she said it was the most tasteless and dry version she had ever had. She asked the server if he could bring some extra sauce and he said, "Yeah, I'm sorry we ran out of sauce". I couldn't believe what I just heard. He said let me go see if I make a little extra. This was the worst food I can remember eating in a long long time. The best tasting thing I was served was the bag of gourmet potato chips. We stood up and started to leave and were met by the manager returning with what appeared to be a minuscule amount of sauce. I shook my head and told him this was the worst Italian food I had ever had. He simply said, "I'm sorry you didn't like it, have a nice evening". Nice! read more

Finally made it in for lunch, after living in the area almost 11 yrs. Had asked around and was told, "It's okay," and they were right - it's okay. The experience was a mixed bag: the counter staff was only mildly helpful. In fact, I was a bit shocked when I asked for the eggplant parmesan and was told they don't serve it any more and that was a good thing for me. (Seriously, it's what they said!) Table service though was prompt and salad was fresh; balsamic dressing just right and not overpowering. The pasta...there's the "it's okay." Baked ziti, no meat. I was offered a meat option and when I asked the counter staff what kind of meat, was told, "Just a meat sauce, you know, ground meat." I confirmed it wasn't Italian sausage and opted for no meat. Sauce had spice, ample cheese but all in all, just nothing special. Of course, price was right - $8.49 before tax & tip for lunch special. We have been frequent customers at the Palio's in Keller. We specially like their pizza crusts and toppings, salads are also very good? We often enjoy sitting outside with our own BYOB. We had a very poor service tonight. Called in for a pick up pizza, paid in cash and waited. I saw pizzas coming out of the oven going to others waiting, others going to diners and some up on top the oven. When I had called I was told ten to 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes I went to the guy who looked Like the manager inquiring about my pizza. He found it sitting on top the oven, where it had been for serial minutes. The guy didn't apologize or say anything. I told him I won't be back. Service like that can occur, how a manager deals witH it matters. There are lots of pizza options. this place should understand that and keeping customers is a lot better than trying to attract new. read more

The owner is a complete clown. Standing outside in the parking lot rudely yelling at people that they can't park there during an event at the lions club across the street. Mind a few things, #1 this is a shopping strip with open unmarked parking. #2 there were tons of parking spots open both when I arrived and when I left. #3 I was parked across the parking lot from his place, not even in front of his business which I and anyone else would have every right to do. #4 Not a polite, "would you mind parking somewhere else?" A harsh demand that "you can't park here, find somewhere else." I remained polite and denied his demand. So the guy starts screaming at me, calling me an asshole in front of my 4 year old son. An hour later I return and somebody has slathered thick grease inside the door handle of my truck which is now dripping down onto my truck and creating a little puddle on the ground. So I called the cops. And they showed up, and told me that I had every right to park where I was and that this is not the first incident they have had with him. So to be clear, this business owner, is in front of his business yelling at people in a public parking lot, and then vandalizing their vehicles when they don't comply to his foolish demands. I would highly implore not supporting this type of business owner, lest you aggravate them and have them spit in your food. read more

I got take out from here last night. A small Noah's for me and a kids cheese pizza for little man. The man on the phone was professional and proficient, the wait time was average (15-20 min), and the restaurant was easy to find. The Noah's pizza was heavenly. Head and shoulders above any chain restaurant in the area - this place is in a higher category, for sure. The ingredients are high quality and the toppings are elevated. The kids cheese pizza was pretty good, too. I'd love to go back with my hubby and try some of the other specialty pizzas. read more
