They did an absolutely incredible job on our bathroom remodel, and the quality was worth every penny. Lawrence and his crew were fantastic from demo day to the final finishing touches. The tiling and vanity installation look amazing. Lawrence has excellent communication skills and kept everything strictly on track with our contract. Plus, when uncontrollable plan changes popped up, he was incredibly accommodating and offered great solutions. They truly brought our vision to life. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be using them again!

Amazing contractor!!!…read more Lawrence and his crew did a complete renovation of our basement to build an apartment for my parents. From the design through completion, it was a great experience. I found them here on Yelp and I obtained 3 quotes for the job. I had the quotes reviewed by an independent contractor who told me L&R's quote was what the job should reasonably cost. I called 4 references who all had a similar and very positive experience. Lawrence always communicated with me about schedule which had not been the case with other contractors. They were there working on my job every day, not showing up once or twice a week like some others. Any fluctuation to schedule or budget was discussed and agreed upon by both parties. We had a couple of unexpected plumbing delays but that was due to the original build not being up to the current code. I changed direction on a couple of design decisions and Lawrence was right there with me. The work was exceptional and the end product is amazing. I have had the nightmare contractor experience so was very cautious. This was exactly as the process should be and I plan to have them back in the fall to do more work. I give them my highest recommendation!

Mr. Le was only there part of the time - he went over the time frame agreed too and was very disrespectful of the fact that we were in the house and working through my mothers estate. He threw away things that were still perfectly good, put trash on the gardens in the rear of the house and had residue on the front lawn. Towards the end the Real Estate agent had to babysit him for 3-4 days to ensure that the work was done. He calls himself a renovation company however, when he took out bathroom cabinet's and put in a shorter cabinet, he didn't repair the wall behind because it was required - it was the way that things were. He painter's over-sprayed on cabinets and floors, tile and carpet, and didn't clean up after themselves. The carpet people left nice furniture outside during rain. It was a total mess. In addition as we were trying to move and go through things he put everything in trash bags and damaged some jewelry that was sentimental from my mother. (I know for a fact that he would not have stood for the type of respect he afforded our contract and my situation with the death of my mother). If you hire him, do so at your own risk and be sure that you spell everything out. He will definitely tell you it isn't his fault.

A rep from the company, Scott, came out within two days to meet with us and discuss the projects we thought may add value to our home prior to putting it on the market. Preparing for the move and new jobs, and with two small children at the time was an incredible stress. However, Scott was invaluable in configuring our space and determining which materials and appearance would work best and recover the most return selling the home. They provided us with a detailed work proposal, including the revised floor plan, material spec's, computer generated images, warranty standards, proposed schedule, and full estimate - which was fairly priced compared with other bids we received. We accepted the terms, and the work took place without a hitch. We were extremely happy with the workmanship, organization, and cleanliness of the crews. They were also very courteous and their staff was down to earth and easy to get along with. All in all, they made this a very easy and pleasant experience during what was an incredibly chaotic time for us. Additionally, they did a fantastic job and our house sold above list price and this was before the market began to come back. It looked gorgeous and I'm positive that is why we were able to sell it for well above what Zillow and even our realtor had recommended. Five stars all the way around! -Michele (previously of Falls Church, VA)

It was more of "sorry you feel that way" and to vehemently defend himself. Sorry, taking that tone is never a successful strategy and not how to build and sustain lasting business or any kind of lasting relationship. I consider myself a reasonable, understanding and forgiving person and don't like to give out negative reviews. I have even changed ratings from 3 stars to 5 stars because the owners kept their pride in check and stood behind their guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. Whether or not Scott agrees with what the customer says, perception is each person's reality. I stand firm with my 3 star rating for DiJulio Contracting.

6 Stars out of 5! I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following.
