When it came time for my nails. The nail technician was angry and was rough with my nails. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for the Nuskin natural ultimate treatment pedicure and an acrylic set for my fingernails with designs on each nail. Upon entering, a loud chime (and I mean loud) can be heard from the door to alert the employees of a new customer. I was then told to sign in on their iPad, which requires you to put an email address/phone number in, which I did not really want to do but had to as that was the method of signing in. The iPad didn't register the appointment that I had made, most likely because I had made it over the phone instead of their booking website tool. I was able to have both treatments done, even if there was no record of a booking. The Nuskin natural ultimate treatment pedicure was fantastic! The massage chairs seemed to be new, and boy did they pack a punch. I had to turn the intensity to the lowest setting because it was so powerful. The pedicure lasted a full hour and left my feet looking brand new and relaxed by the end of it. Each station has a little alarm clock used to ensure the entire expected duration of the treatment is met. I also purchased a full set of acrylic nails, which came out wonderfully. I showed the technician two photos to go off of, and she blended the aspects that I liked from both into the set. She was kind and meticulous. I did have some bleeding from a cuticle that was cut too short (something I don't care very much about), but she apologized and immediately applied something to help with the healing process. The chairs they have here at the manicure stations are a bit odd and make it difficult to relax. My back could not reach the back of the chair, so I had to sit at what felt like a ninety-degree angle to avoid back pain. Calm atmosphere, great pedicures! read more

I walked in and checked myself in because there was nobody at the front desk. I was finally directed to sit in a chair for a pedicure. I sat for 20 minutes. I then sat for another 20 minutes. Nobody talked to me, nobody helped me, nobody cared that I sat there without anyone approaching me. At least 5 employees walked by in my 45 minutes of sitting in the chair. The color selection for pedicures seemed limited from other places I have been. It's quiet and fairly peaceful, with updated equipment/chairs/vibe. Adding the massage in, this is where the 2 stars came from. The filing tool (for callouses) fell to the ground and my nail tech picked it up and continued using the same one. Later, the massage cream was applied with a small spatula to wipe directly onto my legs, went right back into the container for the next persons leg. I frequent nail salons and cleanliness is a major priority. There was also an older gentleman that I would guess is related to the family that would get up and just stare - in a god father kind of way, CREEPY! Additionally, they charge a $3.00 surcharge to each service to offset supply cost and to keep their employees working - this notice is posted at the drying station, after services are completed. Seems like a sham. There are definitely better options out there, my appointment was for 5:30 and I walked out of there at 6:53. Also, no tips on a credit card, so if you want to leave a tip, you must use their ATM and be charged another fee. read more

I decided to give them a try this afternoon despite the 2 ehh reviews. The place is beautiful , it's really state of the art and it shows someone really put in a lot of money into opening this place. So I was checked in got to pick out my color and sat down. Chairs are comfy and there were some other people in the place getting ANC and pedicures . I won't lie i am very particular about my manicures and have been getting them since I am 12. The woman who did my mani was very professional and has proper training she was even able to apply the nail polish with 2 strokes ... that is extraordinary because a professional manicurist should do it in less than 3 . Plus she massaged my hands really well and didn't over cut my cuticles. Now that I had this experience and the nail polish is super shiny and vibrant I will give them another chance. My daughter and I came here for pedicures. We were walk in so we expected a bit of a wait. It was a Tuesday so we assumed a half hour wait. Nope. After an hour we decided we were done waiting. We got up, returned our polishes to the shelf and started to leave. (Without complaint, because hey. Bad days happen) Suddenly a nail tech came rushing over, saying "Oh, its your turn!, come over!" Ok, cool. We were directed to sit down at the nail station. And we sat there for for twenty minutes. As we looked around we realized that half of the people at the nail station were not being serviced. They were sitting or standing, waiting for service while each nail tech was working on two other people at the same time. I understand that things can go topsy turvy. Don't lie to people though. If stuffs going downhill let customers know. "Hey, its going to be a 2 HR wait." Fine, we would have done something else. The lying though? That's terrible. Not once in our time there did anyone come out to tell us it was going to be a long wait. Honestly we werent even greeted. This place has gone downhill dramatically. Avoid this place. They used to be great. Now they're shit. This was my attempt at going here after their male nail tech butchered my toenail. Not Henry. I figured I'd give them another chance because I've had so many great manicures here and one really good pedicure. I reached out to them many times privately and never got a response. I have been going to his salon for a while now to get mostly pedicures but I have gotten manicures as well. I went there at 4pm on 1/12/2020 and I called ahead to see if they could fit me in since they closed at 5pm. Gentlemen said no problem come on in. NEVER GO WHEN IT IS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME. It was the worst experience I had there. The water was luke warm at best, not relaxing at all. The entire process felt rushed and was not relaxing. I also didn't have the same woman that I normally have and I will make sure that I only have her do my pedicures in the future. Don't even bother the staff is beyond rude and so rough, I asked to cut my nails a little shorter and the person doing my nails got annoyed and said I will file them.... and then didn't my one hand the nails are shaped longer and skinnier, than my other hand. ANC is powder, it's faster than most services. So there are chunks off color missing all around the outskirts of my nails?? Thirdly- I asked for it to be fix, it was covered up slightly. However when I left I still had chucks missing on my nail. There are gaps on my nails where there was no ANC applied?? Lastly, I was still charged full price? I mean really? I sat there for 2hours for ANC? 1h45min was the first attemp. But they do not go by the appointment. the last two times my friend and I waited 45 minutes after our appt was scheduled. they sat us the first time for pedicures because we complained and proceeded to take all walk in. We complained a few times but they don't seem to understand or care. If they did a good job I might be able to forgive a bit but they do not. I would not recommend this at all.
