We asked Hank to give us an estimate for replacing our old A/C system with a heat pump. Of all the people who have come out to give us estimates so far, he was by far the most thorough. In fact, he was the only one who actually took measurements instead of just looking around. At the end of his visit, he carefully walked us through the entire installation process and explained exactly what we could expect. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Very impressive. If the quality of the installation matches the quality of Hank's professionalism.

Sammy and Nick from American AC Heat Plumbing were excellent. They originally came out to clean our…read moreAC drainage pan and clean the air conditioning coil, but they went above and beyond by identifying the real source of the problem. We had been dealing with water draining from the secondary drainage pipe over the side of our house, hitting the exterior wall and window. We had multiple technicians come out previously and asked whether there was a bigger issue, but no one identified the cause. The last technician made it seem like all we could do was clean the pan and add additional piping to the secondary drainage line, which we did. Sammy and Nick were the first ones to realize that the reason so much water was coming out of the secondary drain was because our main drainage line was clogged. They cleaned it out and also recommended installing a float switch in the pan so that if the water level ever gets too high, the AC will automatically shut off before causing any spillage or ceiling damage. That recommendation gave us a huge sense of relief, because we had been really worried about potential water leaks and damage. Sammy and Nick were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually diagnose the issue instead of just treating the symptoms. So, I finally reached out to Mattucci to get another quote and see what they could do. They responded right away, came out to my property to assess everything that was needed, generated a quote , and scheduled a time to come do the work soon after that. The quote was reasonable, and seemed like a fair price, given the level of work involved. Unfortunately, I had some additional work that needed to be done that was not determined at the time of the quote, but was discovered once they got into the plumbing. They let me know what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much it would cost. From start to finish, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with as well. After I deduced that it was a water heater issue, I started to get ridiculous quotes from some companies. I came across All Pro Water Heaters and was impressed by their reviews. I immediately wanted them to be the people to replace my water heater. I was able to reach Parker on Yelp and he gave me a reasonable quote. He also asked me to take pictures of the current water heater so he knows what they're working with. By looking at my pictures he pointed out some of the things that they might need for the installation so there was full transparency. I informed him that we think it is just the water heater that needs to be replaced but want someone to confirm there isn't anything else wrong and he assured that's something they'll verify. He was able to send someone the same day. The technician, Danny, informed me of his arrival time when he was 30 minutes away. When Danny was done with the water heater replacement, he provided necessary information to my tenant, then he called me to brief me on the completion of the install. My tenant complimented Danny for his professionalism and said he wants to use this company for any future needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with Parker and Danny. They were extremely communicative, professional, and quick to resolve the issue.
