Not only was Benji and his team great to work with they took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and even keep me informed through out the process from scheduling to installation. Benji even helped me navigate the insurance process (since this was my first home owners claim) and explained next steps to make sure my insurance company was kept in the loop and on board with our solutions. They were quick, clean and very nice. When they found some construction mistakes under the old roof, Benji talked through my options, explained the costs (which was very minimal) and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repair. After the roof was replaced it looked nicer and more finished than the original roof I had when I bought the house. Ace Exteriors took the time to install edging that completed the look and hid the hardware underneath. Extra bonus! Overall this team went above and beyond my expectations. I've had many contractors work on my house (large companies and small) and Ace Exteriors was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. I had requested bids from just about all of the major contractors in the Madison area and Storm Guard came out on top. The speed at which the job was completed was unreal.
