Don't Miss the Best Tasting Menu in Buenos Aires with Pablo and Ivana. Seriously, the best meal that we had in Buenos Aires.
From the minute that you climb the winding staircase lined with candles and red rose petals, you are transported to a divine Argentine gastronomic temple. Chef Pablo Abramovsky delivered the perfect menu from the amuse bouche, a little taste of great things to come, and grapefruit inspired welcome cocktail to the pumpkin crème brûlée and goat cheese ice cream. The tiny taste before the meal and a greeting from the chef foretold of the unique flavors and dishes created in inventive ways that followed.
He customized the menu for our family and we loved the fresh salad with herbs from his garden, the grapefruit gazpacho, the freshly baked bread, vegetarian moussaka, and sea bass. His travels to Israel also inspired his creations. He and his sommelier wife, Ivana, were the perfect host and hostess. The courses are also accompanied by wine from Argentina, which Ivana pours with a detailed explanation. We dined in a "private" warmly lit dining room on the second floor of the family's home.
Ivana and Pablo were also so patient as our flight was delayed three hours and they still were able to accommodate our family of five. Don't miss the chance to have an amazing unique secret door dining experience. read more
