I just been here many times and purchased plenty of items with my hardworking money. I came back today after not being there for so long due to the pandemic and I cannot believe what I encountered. I had an item on lay away and unfortunately I changed my mind about it because I no longer liked the item. I want to thank Romana and Cynthia for being very kind and helping me figure out the issue. I was able to pay the difference of another item i really liked. I appreciate Romana and Cynthia for helping me out and treating me like a loyal customer. However, my sister came with me and she wanted to fix her ring that she had purchased there because it was missing 4 stones. They were very rude to her and told her she had to pay $25 for them to send it to get fixed but they couldn't do it today so we would have to come back another day. $25 is nothing and we could of paid it but we were hoping to get the ring fixed today so we wouldn't have to drive back another day since we live 50 minutes away. My sister asked if she could just sell the ring back to them and she would take whatever money they would give her for it but they told her they would not buy the ring back and basically couldn't do anything about it. We were not able to resolve the issue with the ring so my sister decided to take her ring and take it as a loss. As we're getting back into our car I get a call and I answered it and it was the owner Geti and she started going off on me because my sister had posted a review on Yelp with what she experienced. I could not believe that she really called me and was yelling at me that we had to "fix the problem and take the review down" I told her I had nothing to do with it and it was not me that posted the review and she told me she wanted my sisters number so that she could call her and fix the problem but I don't get why she couldn't fix the problem while we were in the store for over 40 minutes. She called my sister a crook and we were cruel but yet she was the ones that was calling us being cruel. When I told her I would not giver her my sisters phone number so she could call her and bully her as well she really told me that she will call me everyday till we remove the bad review. I told her I would block her number and she threatened me by saying she will call me from different numbers everyday. I am really sad and I cannot believe she had the audacity to call my phone because she was so upset about a bad review. The call lasted for 4 minutes and we did record the whole call. I am in disbelief. She ended up just hanging up and I really hope she does not call back. Nobody should be treated in this way. We were belittled and disrespected by Geti. I most likely won't be back ever again :( read more

They are doing the most just to humiliate me and make my review seem false.
