The fact that I was his only appointment that day was willing to see me that's above and beyond efficiency and absolutely a great business owner service. The process took less than 15 minutes and I got paid cash. The individual appointment made me feel not only safe but also assurance of his work because he gave me his undivided attention. He provided excellent customer service reviewing each individual piece I sold in addition to other pieces I wanted to validate. It was my first time selling gold and after reviewing many options I am glad I made the decision to come to him. Who would have thought that a couple of scrap gold found in an old jewelry box turn into a couple of hundred dollars. The appointment can be made online but you can also communicate with him via email, phone or text .

First time ever selling gold. I came here because of the good Yelp reviews compared to other gold…read moresellers. It's a jungle out there with gold reviews. I don't venture into Hollywood all that often these days and honestly, the traffic in the area is less than ideal. When I got to the establishment they had heavy duty barred doors that I need to buzz into. Sorta like entering the area from Men In Black 1 with all the security, minus the aliens. Wait? Anyways, the guy I dealt with, likely the owner, was really chill. He gave me more than I thought I would get for a single earring. My wife lost her other earring and we had no need for 1 earring. All in all, if I ever needed to sell gold again I wouldn't even research another place. This is the place I'd go to. In this instance Yelp served me well and guided me to this place and I'd say it's a good place with good value. I did the math for what spot gold was and the price given to me was fairly close to spot gold, given that most places will do 70-90% of spot gold price.

Whether I'm browsing or making a significant purchase, everyone has always been friendly, welcoming, patient, and never pushy. I've purchased a few pieces of jewelry here over the years, and I'm currently looking at upgrading my wife's wedding ring. I've met with the owner, Zaven, several times throughout the process, and he has been incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. He never rushed me and took the time to explain every detail so I could make an informed decision. I even brought my wife in on a separate visit, and Zaven patiently went through everything all over again, explaining the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, discussing the pros and cons of each, and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. His goal genuinely seemed to be helping us make the decision that was best for us, not simply making a sale. When you're spending a significant amount of money on luxury jewelry, this is exactly the kind of customer service you hope for honest, transparent, educational, and patient. I highly recommend Burbank Jewelry Outlet to anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely continue coming back for future purchases.
