Never ever ordering blinds from here. Terrible customer service all around. When it came to giving me a quote they had a sales rep come to me right away. The experience with the sales rep was similar to dealing with a car salesman. When it came to installing the ordered product it was a different story, not much flexibility on hours and once I was able to find a good time to fit my schedule the installer never showed up and called 4 hours later to tell me he wasn't coming because he forgot my product in their warehouse to top it off I am being overcharged for this. If you can find a different place for your blinds I suggest you go with that one instead of palace interiors. So one of their reps responded to my review apologizing for this "isolated incident" and honestly wish the options of giving zero stars was available. This was and it is not an isolated incident, I know of many others who have had the same misfortune as I did. Again, look for a different option. read more

Wow, surprised by so many bad reviews. I had no issues, love the blinds, it was done quickly and as requested, they look beautiful everyone was professional. I do recommend Palace Interiors. read more

Horrible installation. Horrible customer service from main office and very cheap materials. This company is your typical bait and switch unethical company that does not understand the simple principle of providing good service overall. Installers created unsightly holes in our walls and couldn't even install the window coverings evenly. Do yourself a favor and look at other companies that have better reviews. read more

4 blinds installed 6 weeks ago. Was told 1 year warranty. 2 clasps broke on one of the blinds. When I called them, they said I need to pay $75.00 driver fee. There is no mention of this fee on invoice or warranty on website. Use this company at your own risk. read more

I was needing blinds for my new home and happened to stubble across Palace Interior Blinds and WOW! I couldn't had gone to a better place. A young lady named Ana Patricia was able to help me pick blinds for my living room and bedroom. She was very sweet, patient and very knowledgeable about the product. I recommend this place if your in need of blinds and ask for Ana! You can't won't go wrong! read more

I placed an black out shade order on Dec 18, 2020 buy 1 get 1, the salesman use my ladder to get the measurements for the upper window. He put on the order for the installation need extended ladder to reach the upper window. The end of Jan 2021 one installer came and borrowed my ladder (once again no ladder) could not reach and the shade fell and the material came out of the frame he had to take back to warehouse for a new one. Feb 2021 another installer came use my ladder (once again) he said his ladder was to heavy and once again shade fell material came out and chain was on the wrong side so he turned the shade around so now wrong color on wrong side finally he fix the bracket so chain on left side. After he fixed chain tried and put material back in frame I was not happy because material had a bubble so he tried to correct but the material ended up tearing. So once again returned back to warehouse to make a new one. I had complained several times that they needed two installers and a proper ladder. March 2021 third time once again only one installer and once again no ladder so I told the installer that this job needed two installers so he call his boss and handed the phone to me and I spoke to Sisly and promised this would get taken care today. So they finally send two installer and a forman I think I had been speaking to Anna who always said would call me back and never did. I asked to a discount for my inconvience and was told no then finally Anna gave me a BIG $23.00 off and told me the saleman was suppose to charge me for the use of extended ladder WOW I guess I should charge them for using MY LADDER not once , not twice, but three times. What company charges the custom for the tools they need to do a job. I had four more window I was going to purchase blinds but no way using Palace interior and my friend was going to use them NO WAY. Horrible service. Customers beware. Placed special oder of blind shades for 2 custom arches. Paid 50% downpayment. They never called to schedule installation. When I called a month later the company acknowledge it was they error since they forgot about my order and installation. For the inconvenience they promised installation was going to be the first one for the day , at 9 am on 2/27/2021. At 11:30 No one showed up, when I called to cancell the order and get refund I was tod there was no manager on site. When I called Marcos the sales person he said he was with another customer and did not remember me or my order. This company is the worst. They promise enything and anything to take customers $ but do not honor their side of their contracts. read more

I was so surprised to see many negative reviews. I had a very good experience. I just had new verticals installed for 2 sliding glass doors. Sales rep Ramon was very courteous helpful and not pushy at all. The installer who came was also very courteous. Called me to let me know he was running a little late and call again when he was headed here. Unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was good. He saw that I was prepping for painting and showed me how to remove top valance carefully and also how to remove each individual slate if I wanted to make it easier for painting. he even made me practice the steps. Super nice guy! I am contacting them again for mini blinds for master bedroom. Hope this experience repeats itself. I am located south of Kendall, near Zoo Miami. read more

So far, so good! I called for an at home quote. The entrenan who answered was kind and very helpful Less than 2 hours later Willie showed up at our home. He was courteous and informative. Company salesman and installation were good but went I ran into an issue with the Neo smart controller after having it for only two weeks, I contacted the company to get a replacement under warranty and they flat out refused to exchange it. Thankfully I went through the manufacture and they gladly replaced free of charge. Horrible customer service!!! read more

If I could rate this AWFUL business a zero, I would. I had an appointment for an estimate tonight between 5 and 8. Three times today, I was contacted by the office to confirm that appointment. At 6:30, the last call, the agent confirmed that the sales person by the name of "Louie" would be here by 7:15 p.m. It is now 8:00, and no one has arrived. No one answers the call in the office. If this is the best that this company can do to give an estimate, imagine the horrors of actually giving them your business???????? read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I called to make an appointment for Saturday. It was between 1-2pm at first. They left a message and and called them back I had to change my appointment to 11am-12pm according to them without asking me. I rearranged my schedule both times of course. I called at 12:30pm wondering where they were. The woman on the phone was VERY RUDE!!!! Had me on hold for 5 minutes. I kept having to call them. I was so discussed with the woman unprofessionalism I canceled the appointment all together. Surprised, not sure why they called me after I canceled. read more

There is a new owner called Emanuel that has been calling to fix there error again with new owner very bad service . Wow this is terrible place to choose there quality is bad all my blinds are falling and breaking and they charge you $85 for a small clip for there cheap blinds. read more

Overall, the company seems ok BUT.... First, they measured a few of our windows incorrectly and we had to wait for the redo after having to wait for the initial install. THEN for one of the windows we noticed the cut is not straight and looks cheap and unfinished. Trusting in their "commitment to the customer" and their warranty we called to have them correct THEIR error. The company wants to charge us to have a tech come out and fix THEIR mistake. They have the audacity of telling us that WE have to pay for the tech's travel to fix THEIR mistake. So in short THEY DO NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. PLUS THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for window coverings. read more

It is very difficult to find a place that provides great customer service and great products at a very reasonable price. This place is a good choice if you want to buy shades. Excelente customer service. Their technicians are knowledgeable. I bought my shades almost a year ago and last week one of them got stuck. I called the company and they fixed it for me. They only charged me $35 bucks for labor what I consider a reasonable price since the shade is working like new again. I recommend this place. If you're looking for quality and professionalism call them. read more

Well, after a number of months, heard from Emanuel and he actually replaced my mom's verticals. I cannot say enough about this because the verticals were coming down one by one. Thank you for fixing the problem! It's never too late to fix a problem and these guys did just that. Would highly recommend them after this long but well ending experience. read more

Do not use this company. They have horrible customer service and their installers are contractors that who simply yell at you when you have an issue. I was close to calling to police after their installer yelled at me like a maniac on the phone and I was home alone. This is how bad it is. You get what you pay for. But if you want a decent customer service, DO NOT USE PALACE INTERIOR. Edit: 3 months after the install/issue I was contacted by the customer service and refunded the cost to repair the damage. Looks like they are trying to improve customer's experiences in the past and going forward. Emanuel called several times to ensure all is good and was very helpful. read more

I will be filling a lawsuit and a complain in the better business bureau against this company for mal practice. A sales person came into my house on 2/16 I placed an order for all white curtains in my very white and gray homes, the sales person wrote cream on the invoice, their catalogues do not have proper labels in the fabric swatches, I asked the sales person why it said cream he told me it was white that's just how they classified that material. Today after a month of waiting for an order that had been promised in 10 days...Surprise! the blinds were the wrong color! they refused to change my order to the correct color and did not even provide an alternative. Fortunately for me, I do have the fund to hire an attorney, and I will make sure they spend more money on legal fees that it would have cost them to do right by me. read more

Very dissatisfied. Many delays for installation. Sloppy work. Didn't accomplish was was offered.

The salesman was professional, but was rushed to conduct all measurements because of his pre-scheduled appointments. I was called when the order was ready for installation and took the day off work for that purpose. The installer was very professional and soon realized that the ALL measurements were inaccurate and that the window treatments had to be re-done. Waited for three weeks, and again took another day off for the installation. The second installer was also very good and did a perfect job, considering he had to work by himself to set up the window treatment system through the entire apartment. Several months later, one of the treatments broke by accident and had to be replaced for which I paid about $500. I was called when it was ready and again took another day off for the installation; this time they did it with the wrong material dimensions. The lady in charge of the service repair had the nerve to ask why I was not agreeable with the repair. Had to wait again 4 weeks. Tried to call the owner, who never called back. The lady in charge of the repairs was extremely rude; horrible customer service!!!! read more

This company is a joke. I order blinds for my entire house including what they call BLACK OUT for my master bedroom. This black out is really not a black out, I have glare coming in from the top and sides even do I have what they call side channels that is supposed to block light. They call me couples of days after my installation to ask my if I was satisfied and explain to them that I was not because the situation with the black out and their recommendation was to add an additional piece for the top that will block some more light but I will have to paid 100.00 more. This company is a scam, keep away from them... read more

NEVER AGAIN! If you value your time, money and self respect please never order anything from this company. They were too quick and persistent to reel us in to go for a purchase and demonstrated poor if not the worst customer service imaginable to the point where the manager seriously REFUSED to take our phone calls and assist us. I am baffled by how in the first comment the manager apologized and offered to help that client, as he REFUSED to help us! Public apologies are big for businesses, they draw people in; worthless if unwilling to carry them out. Safe yourself the a headache... read more

Terrible warranty, curtains broke in less than 6 months and when I called them, I was told to take it down myself and drive it to Doral otherwise it would cost me $86 dollars I had to bite the bullet and pay their fee since I recommended this crapy place to my in law's. Go with someone else that has better customer service, these guys have to pay the radio announcers for their crapy commercials and YOU will end up paying the crapy consequences. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called for a custom roller shade but I should have read the reviews first! Like other people have stated, when the angry installer, Luis, put the shade up I noticed it had been cut way to narrow and he refused to leave my home if I didn't give him a check so I did just to get him out of there...I thought I would have to call the police otherwise! I had to fight with this company for them to come out and take the shade, make a new one, and send a different installer. Of course I will NEVER call this place again even if the motor on the shade breaks...I don't want any of these people in my house again! I'd rather pay a company to come out and redo the thing since their "warranty" is probably just as bad! And nobody speaks English! Horrific customer service and blatant disregard for customers. read more
