Never ever ordering blinds from here. Terrible customer service all around. When it came to giving me a quote they had a sales rep come to me right away. The experience with the sales rep was similar to dealing with a car salesman. When it came to installing the ordered product it was a different story, not much flexibility on hours and once I was able to find a good time to fit my schedule the installer never showed up and called 4 hours later to tell me he wasn't coming because he forgot my product in their warehouse to top it off I am being overcharged for this. If you can find a different place for your blinds I suggest you go with that one instead of palace interiors. So one of their reps responded to my review apologizing for this "isolated incident" and honestly wish the options of giving zero stars was available. This was and it is not an isolated incident, I know of many others who have had the same misfortune as I did. Again, look for a different option. read more

I placed an black out shade order on Dec 18, 2020 buy 1 get 1, the salesman use my ladder to get the measurements for the upper window. He put on the order for the installation need extended ladder to reach the upper window. The end of Jan 2021 one installer came and borrowed my ladder (once again no ladder) could not reach and the shade fell and the material came out of the frame he had to take back to warehouse for a new one. Feb 2021 another installer came use my ladder (once again) he said his ladder was to heavy and once again shade fell material came out and chain was on the wrong side so he turned the shade around so now wrong color on wrong side finally he fix the bracket so chain on left side. After he fixed chain tried and put material back in frame I was not happy because material had a bubble so he tried to correct but the material ended up tearing.So once again returned back to warehouse to make a new one. I had complained several times that they needed two installers and a proper ladder. March 2021 third time once again only one installer and once again no ladder so I told the installer that this job needed two installers so he call his boss and handed the phone to me and I spoke to Sisly and promised this would get taken care today. So they finally send two installer and a forman I think I had been speaking to Anna who always said would call me back and never did. I asked to a discount for my inconvience and was told no then finally Anna gave me a BIG $23.00 off and told me the saleman was suppose to charge me for the use of extended ladder WOW I guess I should charge them for using MY LADDER not once , not twice, but three times. What company charges the custom for the tools they need to do a job. I had four more window I was going to purchase blinds but no way using Palace interior and my friend was going to use them NO WAY. Horrible service. Customers beware. Placed special oder of blind shades for 2 custom arches. Paid 50% downpayment. They never called to schedule installation. When I called a month later the company acknowledge it was they error since they forgot about my order and installation. For the inconvenience they promised installation was going to be the first one for the day , at 9 am on 2/27/2021. At 11:30 No one showed up, when I called to cancell the order and get refund I was tod there was no manager on site. When I called Marcos the sales person he said he was with another customer and did not remember me or my order. This company is the worst. I was so surprised to see many negative reviews. I had a very good experience. I just had new verticals installed for 2 sliding glass doors. Sales rep Ramon was very courteous helpful and not pushy at all. The installer who came was also very courteous. Called me to let me know he was running a little late and call again when he was headed here. Unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was good. He saw that I was prepping for painting and showed me how to remove top valance carefully and also how to remove each individual slate if I wanted to make it easier for painting. he even made me practice the steps. If I could rate this AWFUL business a zero, I would. I had an appointment for an estimate tonight between 5 and 8. Three times today, I was contacted by the office to confirm that appointment. Overall, the company seems ok BUT.... First, they measured a few of our windows incorrectly and we had to wait for the redo after having to wait for the initial install. THEN for one of the windows we noticed the cut is not straight and looks cheap and unfinished. Trusting in their "commitment to the customer" and their warranty we called to have them correct THEIR error. The company wants to charge us to have a tech come out and fix THEIR mistake. They have the audacity of telling us that WE have to pay for the tech's travel to fix THEIR mistake. So in short THEY DO NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. Do not use this company. They have horrible customer service and their installers are contractors that who simply yell at you when you have an issue. I was close to calling to police after their installer yelled at me like a maniac on the phone and I was home alone. This is how bad it is. You get what you pay for. But if you want a decent customer service, DO NOT USE PALACE INTERIOR. Edit: 3 months after the install/issue I was contacted by the customer service and refunded the cost to repair the damage. I will be filling a lawsuit and a complain in the better business bureau against this company for mal practice. A sales person came into my house on 2/16 I placed an order for all white curtains in my very white and gray homes, the sales person wrote cream on the invoice, their catalogues do not have proper labels in the fabric swatches, I asked the sales person why it said cream he told me it was white that's just how they classified that material. Today after a month of waiting for an order that had been promised in 10 days...Surprise! the blinds were the wrong color! they refused to change my order to the correct color and did not even provide an alternative. Fortunately for me, I do have the fund to hire an attorney, and I will make sure they spend more money on legal fees that it would have cost them to do right by me. read more

Very dissatisfied. Many delays for installation. Sloppy work. Didn't accomplish was was offered.

The salesman was professional, but was rushed to conduct all measurements because of his pre-scheduled appointments. I was called when the order was ready for installation and took the day off work for that purpose. The installer was very professional and soon realized that the ALL measurements were inaccurate and that the window treatments had to be re-done. Waited for three weeks, and again took another day off for the installation. The second installer was also very good and did a perfect job, considering he had to work by himself to set up the window treatment system through the entire apartment. Several months later, one of the treatments broke by accident and had to be replaced for which I paid about $500. I was called when it was ready and again took another day off for the installation; this time they did it with the wrong material dimensions. The lady in charge of the service repair had the nerve to ask why I was not agreeable with the repair. Had to wait again 4 weeks. Tried to call the owner, who never called back. The lady in charge of the repairs was extremely rude; horrible customer service!!!! read more

This company is a joke. I order blinds for my entire house including what they call BLACK OUT for my master bedroom. This black out is really not a black out, I have glare coming in from the top and sides even do I have what they call side channels that is supposed to block light. They call me couples of days after my installation to ask my if I was satisfied and explain to them that I was not because the situation with the black out and their recommendation was to add an additional piece for the top that will block some more light but I will have to paid 100.00 more. Like other people have stated, when the angry installer, Luis, put the shade up I noticed it had been cut way to narrow and he refused to leave my home if I didn't give him a check so I did just to get him out of there...I thought I would have to call the police otherwise! I had to fight with this company for them to come out and take the shade, make a new one, and send a different installer. I agree with the installer not to pay him the total balance due & to pay him the remaining small balance upon completion of job. I have had a horrible experience with this unprofessional company. They never called me to confirm my order. They provided me with an installation date when I paid. I called them the day before my installation and they said they didn't have any more space after I had taken the day off of work. Then they said they would show up between 5-6. Terrible and unprofessional experience. I've had Palace call me on two occassions that an installation will be performed and guess what? that's right, they never came. After rearranging your whole workday you get a call saying how sorry they are for the installer not coming. Mind you you have already paid more than half the installation price.. Palace can't find the right employees to make sure installations get done right (and we haven't even gotten into the quality of the blinds), and much less get the right admin people to have those installers commit to a set date and time.
