That being said, the service is amazing and the food extremely fresh. The hummingbird goat salad is one of the most beautiful presentations with delicious ingredients! My favorite is Wednesday night tapas. Woodfired pizzas are also so delicious. They also have a band who plays both American and Latino oldies, nice background music.

The weight staff was very attentive, and the bartender can really make a rockin' Margarita! The decor is very high-end in this town. There are clean, beautiful lines, a decorative lit up tree, modern art on the wall. I had a perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye with potatoes, onions and mushroom. It was delicious and tender. My wife had baked salmon over saffron and lime rice. Also delicious. Star appetizer was the flatbread with goat cheese. It was outstanding. Our waiter, Orlando, was attentive and spoke fluent English, in addition to Spanish. We have been in San Carlos for four days now and have eaten essentially every meal out. This was by far the best place we've been. At the end of the meal, they were asking if we wanted dessert. I asked if they had cake because it was my wife's birthday. A few minutes later, out came a piece of delicious strawberry cheesecake with an accompany meant of music over the stereo system singing happy birthday . Excellent attention to detail.

This place is the place to come to if you want to put your feet in the sand and have a drink. It is not the place to come to if you want speedy service and be in and out. We sat ourselves and had to wait a bit to get any service. This is a must while in San Carlos. Just be prepared to have to wait for service.

Menu is also bilingual with a nice selection of light to heavy meal choices. The coffee is terrific!! We were brought complementary warm muffins to enjoy with our coffee while we made our menu choices. Delicious!We both chose an omelette which was served with retried beans, hash browns and tortillas. Well prepared, nicely presented and tasty. Saw the Pony Burrito and French Toast served to diners at a nearby table and they both looked yummy. We'll be back!!
