I'm beyond thankful i came across this office which had all good reviews so we scheduled an appointment and they got him on immediately. Our office experience was being amazing everyone was super hospitable, knowledgeable and acted with genuine care from the dental assistant , office manager Lauri and Doctor Marshall himself! They have taken such great care to alleviate the pain he was in and create a care plan to help improve both of our oral health. I had an original new patient appointment set for the end of July and she worked with my schedule to get me in a month sooner. Heidi was my hygienist and she was so nice and gentle. She walked me through everything, made sure I was kept comfortable and showed me how to use the massaging chair and tv. They scheduled us in for a dental cleaning, X-rays and an exam with Dr. Mistry the next week. The dental cleaning was a great experience. Michelle the dental hygienist took her time on my teeth and as well as did the x-rays. Dr. Mistry was very through with her exam and was upfront and open if I needed any work done on my teeth. They did not try to sell and upsell you stuff. Only had two occlusions that needed to be filled and keep them posted if any pain with the tooth that had root canal done many moons ago.
