Also, they turned on the lane change sensor which I didnt even know I had, and the USB port now lights up too. The owner is very nice and there is a cute dog named Oliver who loves customers!

This was our first time here, and they are the epitome of small and mighty. They're on a tight little road, and you enter through the side door to the left. The shop is tiny, however, they do a lot with the space. We met Roger, who has such a warm demeanor. He listened to what I needed to get done, walked outside with me to look at the car, and then went over what he needed to do with my insurance. I told him I didn't have a rental and needed my car back by a specific date so I could drive into work, and they were able to get it done for me. They also kept me updated on the status, and if I called with a question, they were able to check for me without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. I also needed a little touch-up on the paint, and they took care of that too. When I got my car back, they had even done a little cleanup and maintenance on it. It looked so new! They mentioned they're planning to expand the shop soon, and I really hope they have all the success. Pricing seemed very reasonable too. They are the best, and this will definitely be my go-to shop for anything with my car. Overall Service: Roger and Cindy were super warm and friendly, and I really appreciated how they worked with me.

This is what they told me. Let me tell you he was wrong. It was ready in 1 day and had I picked up the phone I would have picked it up a day earlier. The work looks great. I pride myself on loyalty to business's who I think bring quality work, and treat me fairly. I have "my" electrician, plumber, and auto mechanic. Today I found my body shop. I had my 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT towed here after a pretty bad front-end collision. Being new to…read morethe area, I immediately felt comfortable bringing my car to Archstone after a brief phone conversation with Danny. He mentioned that the owner, Herman was out for the weekend but would be back on Monday. Herman contacted me on Monday after my car was towed to their shop to discuss the timeframe and details of the job. I was quite concerned and wanted to make certain the job was done right! Herman worked with my insurance company to make sure I received OEM parts for my car as he explained that the insurance company had only provided an estimate for aftermarket parts. Herman kept in close touch throughout the 3 week process of having my car repaired. I was also very concerned about the vinyl hood covering and he made sure he took it to a shop that did the job correctly instead of trying to "fudge it" himself. My car was ready the week he promised however there was one small detail that Herman took care of immediately after I brought the car back for him to correct the issue. While I was there he custom painted some trim for me and applied it to my car. My experience with Herman and Archstone Auto Body Inc was outstanding and I feel all of the "details" were take care of. I Highly recommend and would go to this body shop again if necessary.

When I got my car back, I found several problems, including peeling paint, loose windows, and poorly installed doors that made rattling noises. I had to return my car multiple times because every time I picked it up, I found new issues. When I complained about the peeling paint, they gave me a small bottle of touch-up paint and told me to repaint it myself if it peeled again. I also discovered that my insurance company had paid to replace parts such as the front bumper and the door handle, but they were never replaced. The side mirror was simply glued back on. After I confronted them, they admitted the mistake, ordered the parts, and finally installed them, causing even more delays. This review is based on my personal experience. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who expects quality repairs, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is by far one of the worst towing companies I have ever in my life encountered! The owner of…read morethe company that tows the cars is very rude and ignorant. Instead of nicely telling me that it is cash only he had to get in my face and start screaming and swearing at me so much so I could feel the spit from him flying on my face! Mind you that I am 9 months pregnant and he had not one care in the world! This guy upset me so bad that I thought I was going to go into labor that's how angry the guy got me! I came back from the ATM with cash in hand and I guess I was still $20 short so he said ma'am you are $20 short in a very mean and rude tone. I go oh my God this absolutely sucks because now I have to drive all the way back to the ATM. He goes you know what because you just swore at me I'm keeping your car one more night! I said I did not swear at you! Then he was like saying if you going to start swearing and screaming I'm calling the cops that's it I'm calling the cops. So I had to go out in my car and call the cops on this guy because he was saying he wouldn't give me my car and he wanted to keep it another night so he could make another $200. The cop was so nice and said he deals with this guy numerous times a day because so many people complain about him! I ended up getting my car back all thanks to the very nice police officer that helped me. I just feel really bad for anyone that has to do business with this place and or encounter this very rude man! She was on the larger side and he had a bald head! The only guy there that walks around with a chip on his shoulder and thinks the world owes him something lol. I can only imagine how many people he must piss off every single day and that's probably why he is in such a bad mood and wants to fight young women that are pregnant. I have dealt with many towing companies in my life and they are usually very respectful and professional. But not this place and I never ever write reviews but this place was just so awful I felt as though I needed to warn others out there in the community! The guy does a lot of towing of cars at the mass Mills in Lowell Mass. Beware he told us even if you have a sticker on your car if you do not put it in the very very correct spot and he will measure with his little tape measure he will be more than happy to tow your car. Even if it's 2 in in the wrong spot he said he will still tow the car that's what I'm talking about like seriously who is going to take a tape measure and make sure they measure where they put their parking pass sticker? Well anyways I believe in karma and I believe in the universe and this guy will definitely get what's coming to him in time! If anyone has to do business with this place I feel very bad for you it's not worth it take your business elsewhere!!!
