I got a Pajamagram pajama nine years ago and loved it. Wore it a lot and eventually, after nine years, it got holes in it. I ordered a new pajama set from Pajamagram and within a month the pants had holes in them. I called and complained and received a new pajama set. After minor wear, this set too got holes. I followed all washing instructions. Seems like the quality has just been completely eroded. Sad! read more

Terrible customer service. Purchased two pairs of pajamas for shipping to Massachusetts. Automatically charged sales tax for items that are not taxable. In notes section asked for refund as clothing items under $175 are not taxable in Massachusetts regardless of purchase made on line or in a store. One week later received snooty response back saying clothing is taxable and I really should check with the DOR. I did check and they confirmed NOT taxable. Emailed back with no response. Called pajamagram, waited on hold for 30 mins and spoke with a clueless customer service rep who finally agreed refund would be issued within 3 days. That was another week ago and still no refund. DO NOT BUY. Ordered for Valentine's Day - they looked great and comfy and offered personalization, which is cool. Somewhere on their site in giant letters is a 100% love it guarantee- and in small letters it says - they will exchange or give a credit, and for personalized items they don't back their product.   My wife is 5'2". I'm 6'1". I ordered an XS pajama for her. It fit me. Loosely.   After going back and forth with them since Valentine's Day (they kept insisting to only give me a credit...for a product that won't ever fit my wife... so I guess their rationale is for me to hang on to the credit in the event I find a new, taller wife...) they begrudgingly agreed to refund the product. But they wanted me to pay for shipping. Are you kidding me? So they agreed to send a prepaid shipping label. And I got a refund... for $69. I paid 95. Personalization is $12.99. I'm not a math pro, but I'm pretty sure there's something missing in this refund. Perhaps they tried to pull a fast one on me and bill me for the "prepaid" shipping label?   I cannot stress enough: THIS PLACE IS SHIFTY. Thank goodness for credit card protection. I've never charged back anything in my life, but that's clearly my only option at this point. Update: someone in customer service reached out after reading this and rectified the situation. Horrible. Never again. Grossly overpriced product. My bf ordered a set of two pairs of pajamas but at the wrong size. I returned them with the intention of getting a credit for an exchange. I was told I could be given a credit to use for exchanged items. Pajamagram sent me a return label which the rep told me was for FedEx. I brought the package to the UPS Store on 12/31 and as told they could not give me a receipt showing that I dropped the package off for shipping (as they normally do for UPS and FedEx) because the return courier was the USPS. The total purchase was about $162, the pajamas $125, too much to risk, so we drop the box off at a Post Office and receive a receipt with a (30-digit) tracking number. Shipping was $16, tax was $11 (not even sure if we were supposed to be taxed), red velvet bag was $10. 1/9 or so, I check the status of my return online. It took eight days for my package to arrive at a town CLOSER TO MY HOME THAN THE POST OFFICE WHERE I DROPPED IT OFF. Apparently USPS delivers the package to FedEx for delivery completion. WTF?! Why does this take a week? Why would a company use a cockeyed system like this? Finally today (1/16) I called, the box had been received, and a refund of $123 issued. I'd kinda hoped to purchase replacement items, but instead Pajamagram charged about $7.00 for the refund I didn't ask for; they would not have charged for an exchange. There are so may bad things about this company. I ordered pajamas for my wife. I ordered small ones. They make the legs of the pajamas for way taller than average women. My wife is 5 foot 4 inches, which I think is average height for a woman and the legs were at least 4 inches too long. These were 100 dollar pajamas that they make ridiculously long. I called about this and they said they make the pajama pants all the same length, whether its extra small or large. And I would have to get them altered (which would cost me another 25 dollars) or she could "roll them up." This was there solution for 100 dollar pajamas. Of course I returned them, but was informed I had to pay return shipping, which was eight dollars. This was on top of the shipping I paid to get them delivered (which was another 10 dollars). I went to fed ex store to return them and was informed I have to buy a large envelope/box for them to return them, which was another 2 dollars. This was on January 15. After two weeks, I still am not refunded despite them receiving them on January 23. So with all that, I will lose $20 in this horrible transaction (assuming they even refund my money.) Suffice it to say, I would strongly suggest not buying from here. read more

I placed an order on December 18 and paid extra so it would be delivered by Christmas - guaranteed. I have not received any email yet, and I have looked in my junk just to make sure it was not filtered there. When I called, I could select 1 to place an order, or 2 for customer service. When I select 2, I'm on hold for over an hour. When I select 1, they answer immediately, but cannot help me. When I finally got through to customer service, they said my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 26th, even though I paid extra for the Christmas guarantee. So they said they'd put another order in and rush it to get to me by Christmas and email me a tracking number. Today is Christmas Eve and still no email, no tracking number. I call again and customer service is closed, and yet I can talk to someone to place an order - but they of course can't look up my order or give me a tracking number. So - they go out of their way to take your money, and once they do, they offer little to no customer service.
