Paisa last week they were Picasco this week they are Classico..I had a driver that could not follow numbers and speak english and BESIDES he never called me to pick me up...This is the WORST CAR SERVICE COMPANY IN QUEENS...THEY do not car who they send to pick someone up the driver makes a lot of errors he cannot understand the time you need to be pick up and he forgets to place appointments. No wonder they change their name every week and the driver could not drive last week I think he was on some kind of drug...this company should be shut down or the drivers should be tested for drugs because they are not ALERT DRIVERS and they park their car on an ANGLE especially on corners...I RECOMMEND DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE... read more

Horrible, horrible service. I wish I could rate this with a negative. I don't know why the hotel we stayed at used them. The driver was not friendly at all and the car was trash. The driver had the music blasting early in the morning and his speakers sounded like they were on the verge of falling apart. Payment was supposed to include the tip but he stood there waiting for more. The ride was bumpy and he dropped us off in the middle of the street. If you want to rush through life dangerously and be rude, you shouldn't deal with customers. I called the dispatcher to inquire about an issue but he was worse! No customer service with this company. This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. Today is my friend's wedding day and two cars were arranged to arrive in 3 hours. The bride received a very upsetting and nonsensical phone call from the driver stating that they could not get to our location. The taxi service is in Queens and we are in Brooklyn. We are not in another state. We are not in another country. This is NYC and there are multiple routes one could take to get to ones destination. Why be in the taxi industry if you can't even get to your passengers? Save yourself the frustration and just open the app labeled "Uber" and LITERALLY be on your way. read more

The Gotham Hotel recommended and arranged for this car service to LGA. We got to LGA and asked how we do payment for which the driver said here. At that point I thought he was gonna pull out a credit card swipe....NOPE...only cash. Hand to find the ATM in the basement to pay the driver. After a very long time -- I mean, REALLY long time, like 15+ years -- of utilizing their service, I've finally decided to completely "downgrade" this company for their deteriorating quality of service. Once upon a time, this was one of the best limo dispatching companies in terms of timeliness, quality of member cars, and friendliness and care of the dispatching operators. Today, unfortunately, it's one of the worst. Every time you order a car, you're greeted with a generic "7 minutes", when 75% of the time it's longer than that. And when you call to inquire after 10 minutes have passed, the usual response is "he'll be there in one minute", when it could really take another 5 to 10 minutes. Instead of accommodating their customers by dispatching an alternate driver, operators are most of the time short and dismissive, if not downright rude. Limo business is very competitive, and in this economic climate, you'd think they'd improve service. Well, not with this company. So for that, I finally say good bye and decided to write a critical review that they so deserve! AVOID IT! read more

All I want from a car service is to be able to either set up a reservation or have them come when I need them, be understood and not be late when I have to go to the airport at 5am. Seems simple enough and yet I have had problems with my local place in Middle Village to do just that. So I called these guys for an early airport run and the reservation was seamless, they came on time and therefore had a good experience. That's how you run a car service. read more

When they do put you on hold they forget I guess cause they answer like the phone just began ringing. The phone number even changed! Not happy. HOLY NIGHTMARE!!!!! 1. Driver takes 5 minutes to depart after I get in the car, asking me to write down the destination address, calling into the dispatcher, typing the destination address into the Spanish speaking GPS. 2. Driver asks me if I smoke or if I'd like to smoke while making an illegal turn. 3. Driver cranks up salsa music with the GPS speaking Spanish, making beeps and dings, while one of those little cans that make noises when you turn them upside down moos. 4. Driver takes the long way---well, can't really blame him...it's the GPS, I guess. 5. Driver asks me if I'd like a coffee--then asks if I'd like a cookie, holding up a pack of vanilla cremes in that plastic packaging Oreo does. 6. When I ask how much the ride (from HELL) is, the driver asks how I paid in the past. I told him this was my first time with his service--which I now see I was wrong as I've used it before...so many wonderful car services, they've blended together! Well, dear reader, I'm now $45 poorer, but I guess you just can't put a price on life's experiences. read more

Okay, um... they do not pick you up. I'll spare you the long version of the story. After three calls, all made between 2 and 3 in the morning, no car came, and my friends and I were stranded in Maspeth for the night. I don't begrudge them their one star, because the guy on the phone was super nice. He was also, however, super dumb. He once explained that he'd been confused, and twice that he couldn't seem to figure out why no cars he sent to the house were showing up. I do not expect car service guys to know how to get to my house in Brooklyn from Queens without help. I do not expect them to charge me any less than $35 (a pretty standard, though insane, inter-borough price). I just expect them to SHOW UP. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was their regular customer , I ordered the car everyday to go to work.One day the car broke down in the middle of the highway on my way to my ear doctors appointment, and the car broke down, there was smoke everywhere. so I asked the driver if it was still save for me to be in, the driver just ignored me and kept driving. what an IDIOT! then after waiting for 20 min he finally told me that he needed to get off from the highway. so i cancelled my doctors appointment in which i have to wait for another week . it SUCKS!! So they sent me a substitute car, so i asked the driver to drive me back home, he didn't even apologize nothing!! and after i arrived home, he expected me to pay for that ride! so I said im anot supposed to be paying for this incidents, then can you believe what he told me... " ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THE CAR BROKE DOWN YOU HAVE TO PAY" what a nasty rude mexican then i told him that its not my problem either that i have to cancel the doctors appointment.. then the driver kept yelling in front of my house and honking the car so i decided to call the base hoping that they would somehow apologize and defend me, however the guy on the phone, was the same. HE ACTED VERY RUDE , he told me that i must pay for my ride home and yelling and stuff.NO APOLOGIES EVER!!! ON THAT DAY! so i decided to call 311 to file a complaint against this company! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My wife, baby, and I happened to ride in one of their cars from the ToysRUs branch along Northern Blvd. We live two driveways down from the corner and since we had a lot of stuff, we asked the driver if he could just pull into the driveway. Instead, he stopped at the opposite side of the road and asked why we couldn't just cross the street, stating that he could not pull into the driveway. I looked inside the car to see any form of identification or number I could use to complain and there was none. The only thing I saw was a sticker for this company at the back of the car. read more

So sad. Ive been using this car service for years. They were nice and fast before. 2 things happened. I called and waited outside for 20 min(they said it would be there in 10) No car came and I ended up taking a cab. Than it happened again. This time I called and asked where they were. They said 10 min. I'd already been waiting for 15. I told him this was the 2nd time it had happened and next time can they call if they are late as I am a girl and its not safe. He said "sure. I've been very disappointed lately with this cab service. I've been calling them for the past year and it's never been a problem until recent. They say the cab will arrive in 7-10 mins and they won't come until 15-20 mins later making me late to my destination. The reason why I call a cab is to arrive to my destination on time!!
