I cannot even begin to top any of the amazing reviews of Chef Rachel already put here. She went above and beyond to provide my group a private wine/dinner pairing that was out of this world. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every dish display was A+++++ and the taste of each was 100000 out of 10. I could not get enough! Chef Rachel even took my sister's top 3 favorite desserts (we were celebrating my sister) and combined them all to create a one delicous dessert. I didn't even think those flavors could go together! I have never had such an elegant and tasteful meal, even compared to any high scale restaurant I have been to. I am already craving the meal all over again! I can't wait to go back to Paso, and probably will specifically, to eat at her restaurant.

She created a customized menu that was not only delicious but beautifully presented--every course felt like something out of a fine dining restaurant. The flavors were incredible, and she used such fresh, local ingredients that really elevated the whole experience. She handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening without lifting a finger. The kitchen was spotless when she left, which was such a bonus! Having her cook for us turned a fun girls' weekend into something truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a private chef in Paso Robles, look no further than Chef Danelle--she's an absolute gem. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Timing was perfect, our entrees were plated as the sun was setting. Such a thoughtful presentation. We awoke to find breakfast biscuit sandwiches we reheated for an additional morning of deliciousness. Enough leftovers to make steak sandwiches for the ride back home. Great memories with our new friend in the central coast. Professional, accomplished, accommodating and profoundly delicious. Chef Danelle is an essential part of any weekend adventure to the Paso area. *****

I brought my work group here and we had so much fun learning how to make pizza and the dough. "I never knew the right way" clearly. It was exciting and fun. I thought I knew how to make a pizza until I came here. They set it up like chopped the tv show, you get to pick your ingredients, go to your station and make some yummy ass pizzas or whatever food there cooking. I highly recommend going here. Couldn't recommend it more. They are beautiful people and you will see that when you go!

I found this rental while researching venues for an engagement party. Looks nice from pictures and…read morevideos, but dealing with the owner was difficult. In addition to the $750 event fee, she requires that both suites be rented for a minimum of THREE nights (almost $2000). This not only is an exorbitant rate, but seems absurd considering we would only need the space for one evening. Still, I was willing to consider it as a retreat for the bride-to-be. The owner also stated that she would need to have final approval over our caterer, which struck me as utterly bizarre. When I inquired about viewing the property physically, she did not respond for nearly a week and I had to contact her again before receiving an answer. We set up an appointment, only to be informed that she would be away, but she would "leave a list" with her husband if we had any questions. The day before our appointment, she emailed to say they had people checking in early and that we either needed to reschedule or we could still come, but we would only be able to view the outside of the property. Considering the price point, I opted to reschedule. Then two days before our second scheduled appointment, I received an email from her with a "heads up" that she and her husband both had to be in SLO BY NOON, so please be on time for our appointment - our 11AM appointment that she had already rescheduled once and was now going to be rushing through so they could get off to SLO. I found the insinuation that I would not be punctual quite insulting. At this point, I determined that as pretty as the setting looks in their ads, continuing to deal with the owner was not worth the hassle. My advice to others is to look elsewhere, as I am doing. There are lots of wonderful venues in and around Paso that are operated by much more pleasant and reliable individuals.

Moving through the hall, you can already feel a sense of peace settling in. I love that they offer purified water at the base of the stairs -- with the option to add mineral salt if you choose (my personal fav!). At the top of the stairs, the beautiful loft space opens up as the main room. Sunlight pours through the windows, illuminating another collection of thriving plants, each brimming with prana, or life force energy. Step into the heated room and you'll find warm, welcoming lighting, a fun disco ball overhead, and the gentle warmth of infrared heating panels. Every prop you could need is provided -- and there's enough for everyone. The teachers are all incredible in their own unique ways. Dharma offers the most comprehensive class schedule in North County SLO, with start times ranging from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., seven days a week. The owner, Jena, is a truly special soul whose calming, present energy is felt the moment you meet her. The love and intention she's poured into this space is woven into every detail. Downstairs, there's a lovely wellness lounge featuring an array of healing modalities and a space for other practitioners to host workshops -- from Reiki trainings to massage to bio-tuning and beyond. The class variety is just as rich: from sweat-inducing, kick-your-butt Inferno Pilates to deeply gentle restorative yoga; from classic Hatha to candlelit flow and stretch classes taught by instructors from all walks of life. Dharma Yoga Loft is something truly special in Paso Robles -- a town that's still relatively sleepy to the conscious community. Jena has created a space that honors those ideals while remaining inviting and welcoming to everyone, whether or not they're already tuned in to higher frequencies. I cannot say enough good things about Dharma, it's truly a gem!
