He very often gets overwhelmed and he forgets everything. The staff was so amazing and got down to his level. So incredibly nice and friendly. When my son told them he couldn't choose something they told him you don't have to buy something just because you are going to the toy store. After a long time he did find something he really likes a lot too but haven't found before a volcano! Thanks so much for this. He was so happy. Also as a parent I really appreciate a toy store that has knowledge about toys, a big variety of quality toys and good prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. I much more prefer a physical store than Amazon.. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back for a visit. Saturday July 17

My wife wanted to do this review, so these are her words. We…read morewere welcomed into a warm bright studio. We liked doing it so much on day one of a 3 day trip that we went back the next day when our fishing plans were canceled the second time. The second day I was more relaxed having had the experience from the day before. The instructors were very helpful and easygoing. They gave us the room to be creative and try new things, like using embellishments. Mucho Sweetheart points for my dear husband. I had cracked my noggin that morning and had to get stitches so returning was a happy event: they played music and were vey helpful. What a joyful recovery. The selection was much better than that offered by a competitor. They also permitted changing to other categories such as clocks, ornaments, pictures. I was happy with my sea turtle, and my husband was happy with our black cat; he had created a turtle and I a butterfly the first day. The price was reasonable based on 1.5 labor and keeping the end product. As a vacation event or a Date Night, it's an awesome idea and a sure winner if you have the opportunity. I wish we lived nearby: I'd go more often and take an advanced class. They are shipping my turtle and the cat: they had to finish it up the process.

I love this store for many reasons:…read more the vibes are high. some of the first things I saw were religious based /Catholic items. followed by some trendy "witchy" things, and even a section for African spirituality. no one was left out. all things were positive and high-spirited, nothing sinister or cold. the staff is great! my 11-year-old son and I were warmly welcomed in... the kind of welcome that is not always extended to kids in crystal stores. he was even offered a free choice from the loose stone bin. the staff was kind; friendly & attentive, but not overbearing. the prices are fair. I got a little brass bowl, a loose, bulk type specimen, a nice sized specialty stone, and a very large display piece -- free candies, cute fortunes, and tiny freebie stones at the register -- for less than $250.
