Sammy the manager took my call and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I don't know a lot about painting so the phone call did last quite a long time, over 45 minutes. I don't think I detected any irritation in his tone. Sammy was very patient with me and made sure I knew what was being done and provided different options for me. I wasn't forced to get the most expensive option either, I was given a choice to choose the best value package for my home. Being a new business, I relied heavily on first impression and Sammy did not disappoint. Every step of the way, I was informed and was told about what will happen next. The attention to detail was second to none. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer and saw the pride they took in their work. The final product came out exactly as I was expecting. Honestly if there's one complaint to be made, it would be that I wish 360 Painting was available in the West Coast, specifically California, my home before I moved, so I could refer them to my friends and families over there! Excellent customer service, patient and knowledgeable staff, and amazing craftsmanship!!!

I didn't call him back that day. The next day I received a slightly upset voice message stating how a quote is free for us but cost money for them. I felt bad for not getting back to him right away, so I reached out to him letting him know that when we are ready, I will schedule something. That wasn't a good enough answer. He wanted to come over on Friday. Friday comes, I had to take my baby to the doctor. I told him I an unable to keep my appointment and I will reach out to him when I am ready. Again, he was very upset stating he canceled appointments for me. I apologized, it was just unfortunate timing. The real kicker was when he called asking if I would be free this morning. 9/16/17. I told him I have a doctor's appointment for myself. I am unsure of how long the appointment will take but I will let him know when I am on my way home, most likely, will be around 11 or 11:30. I get a call from my husband while I'm in the doctor's office saying Orlando is there and is angry because I am not there because I made an appointment for 11am. WHEN I DID NOT! I understand they want work and I guess it's my fault for reaching out for quotes when I wasn't ready to commit. But I did not expect to be harassed in this way. I can understand some of his reasons for being upset. I understand he wants the work. A corner of the plaster ceiling in the living room was falling away from the lathe. He was able to quickly cut out the deteriorated section and replace, mud, prime and paint over a two-day period. In addition, before our most recent tenants moved in, Mark painted the entire place (2 bed, 1 bath) over the course of a 3 day period. In addition, during this time he was able to do some repair work throughout (drywall, carpentry, etc.) In the summer of 2015, Mark helped my wife and I make our kitchen a reality. This was a complete gut-rehab. He moved a wall, completely rewired the kitchen, laid a new floor and floated it into the existing hallway floor (hardwood maple), installed new cabinets, moved the drain lines to put the sink in front of the window, added a dishwasher and crafted a pretty sweet washer dryer enclosure. His work is reliable and consistent. I will echo another poster, Mark continues to have work, so its best to contact him ahead and schedule in advance. His bids are both fair and honest (something hard to come by). We will continue to work with Mark

Mark came highly recommended by some friends of ours who had hired him to do some work for them…read more They raved about his work in their home. We contacted him for multiple bids for work we needed done around our home over time, and he provided us with 3 very reasonable quotes. We could not do all the work at once, so we hired him for one project to start with--to build a fence in our back yard. We paid him a deposit of half the cost of the project per our agreement. Work to start the following week. It appeared that he did not actually have an available crew or the necessary equipment to do the job and rather than be honest with us, he strung us along for almost 2 weeks with assurances that he was going to be getting his guys out. We ended up with only 6 poorly installed posts that were only 2 feet deep which we later learned is not in accordance with city code. He also installed them 3 feet in from our property line because he said the ground was overrun with vines and roots, making it impossible to dig through. This is true if you don't have the right equipment. When we questioned him on these points, he became very hostile, stated that correcting his work was "impossible" and hung up on my husband when he stated we wanted our money back. All our attempts to contact him have been ignored. We have never experienced a situation like this with contractor that came so highly recommended. We trusted him based on his reviews and our friends' recommendation and are now out a few thousand dollars. You can PM for more details if you are thinking of hiring him for anything. Seems he is great until you have an issue.
