I have been in the store 3 times in the past week getting booklets, color cards, and a ton of paint samples for bedrooms/hallways/trim/ceilings...so we can figure out what really works best. Each time I have been in Howard has been more than helpful and a pleasure to work with throughout this process. This is Delaware where we have no sales tax so we asked what the additional $.64 was for and were told there is a delivery surcharge due to shipping issues! Now $.64 IS NOT a big deal but the fact that 1. Their in-store sign said 4/$14 and 2. They are charging for 4.6% more for each piece of paper is outrageous!!! Bad form Sherwin Williams!! Bad form!!

I got a call from the store the next day Teresa told me it was fixed I signed the paper took my lawn mower came home tried to cut the grass and it was the same as it was when I took it down there now I have to take it to another location because I don't trust them or that store any longer.
