Awesome experience working with Paint Denver! Responsive Sales team and great crew that completed the paint job in my new home. Everything was on-time, great quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!! read more

I have had the pleasure of work with Denver Paint for numerous years on various type of projects both inside and out. They have always been able to meet my needs and helped me with color selections when I wasn't quite sure, with positive outcomes of the final product. The painting staff have always been courteous, they are always willing to make changes at my request, work safely, clean up behind themselves and respect the surrounding environment. The office staff are also fantastic with administration and scheduling. Thank you Rob, I shall continue to call on you to request your services. read more

Tess was rude. And said, "did you want me to schedule or not" she is condasending. I would never recommend this business to anyone. There far too many painting companies in Denver to settle for this terrible customer service. read more

Rob Peterson refers my company quite often. Doing hardwood floors I usually come right after him. One thing that costumers always say is how professional and easy he is to get ahold of. In today's market I think it's best to go with someone that puts his company name before the bottom line Go with Paint Denver you won't regret it!! read more

Rob and his team did an outstanding job of repainting the entire interior of our home. The crew was neat, detailed and very willing to do whatever we asked. They arrived on time every morning and cleaned up before leaving. We could not have been more pleased with the project and will use them again for any painting needs we have. read more

Paint Denver did an excellent rush job for us, as we just moved into our home and needed painting before the arrival of our furniture. They were completely accommodating and professional. Rob was prompt in arriving to assess the job, and followed up with pricing ASAP. Tess was very responsive in booking us an appointment immediately thereafter. The team did a great job and was respectful of our home. I plan on using them again....Thanks again Paint Denver! read more

These guys did a huge job for me and were a saving grace in both the last minute and for stage 2 of our project - we completely remodeled the main 2 floors of our newly purchased home. New flooring, new kitchen, vaulted a ceiling and raising it 6 feet, new baseboards, window and door casing, crown molding, "shiplap" paneling on ceiling and in breakfast nook as well as ornate wainscoting in the main living area. 8 rooms and hallways, roughly 2500 sq. ft of remodeled construction. After getting an outright ludicrous bid from our contractor's preferred painter who would never even call me back or answer my questions, I basically hit the internet and found Dave and his crew. Everything was down to either preexisting or new drywall or brand new wood (we used poplar for pretty much everything), so needless to say there was a ton of prep work (filling nail holes, caulking, sanding, covering wood and construction imperfections, getting older walls in order, shellac knots in paneling etc.). They came in aggressively in terms of time-to-complete and pricing, and after meeting members of the team, realized that I made a total no-brainer decision on who I went with. We were under pressure to move into the house as we were expecting a baby with only 1 month to go. Communication / insurance was no problem with my general contractor so I had nothing to worry about there. They sent an efficient and really nice team that plowed through stage 1 of the project in the course of only a little over a week. Kind of unbelievable considering the amount of work that had to be done, but less so considering they had all hands on deck for us. They sprayed as much as possible, and it came out absolutely great. I worked with roughly 5 subcontractors on this project and only literally 2 of them would I recommend without hesitation - these guys are easily one of them. Don't ask me for an electrician though. They were also very patient with me in terms of closing up the contract - I had a freak accident on my hand that required surgery, so I was out of commission for about 4-5 months (not what you want with a newborn, either). After all was done, I got a very nice surprise in the mail, which wouldn't have affected my opinion at all but just goes to show you the type of people you're dealing with. Anyway, I see they have great reviews on here already but seriously, above and beyond on this one. I guess I got used to contractors basically treating you so badly that I forgot what kind of world we actually live in :). Yes, they will be back, if they are willing to deal with my nutty household yet again. Thx again guys if you're reading this. read more

Paint Denver just finished a job on the exterior of my home! I couldn't have asked for a more professional job. It started from the beginning with the quick response and quote on my job, the pricing was fair, and the work was very well done. The crew was here three days and they really took their time prepping my home before they painted it. And they were super accommodating when I was a bit confused and needed to change a color here and there. The crew was friendly and they keep a very clean work area while they were at my home. I couldn't be happier, our old 1950's home got a nice face lift and if I knew it would have looked this beautiful I would have done it years ago! read more

I located Paint Denver on Yelp and requested estimates from them along with 2 other paint companies. They were all very close on price and all were rated 5 stars. During the estimate Dave made a point of mentioning that "my guys will do a very good job" more than once so I took the chance. He was correct, I am very happy with the finished product and the guys that did the work took pride in their work. I would use them again. read more

Rob's team of painters did a great job on the painting of our house inside and out. The painters were polite, accommodating, and very helpful in their concern for matching colors and producing a excellent result. Also there was a need to rush scheduling and Rob was able to make everything happen smoothly. Rob also came out a few times to make sure everything was going well on the project. I'd use his company and recommend him to anyone needing a painting service. read more

Terrific. Tyler was responsive, professional, and the job was done well and quickly, with the most affordable bid.

We had a great experience with Paint Denver. Everything from the estimate through the job completion was handled exceptionally. I'm a tough customer to please, and they didn't disappoint. We have a brick 1901 home that needed exterior paint. It also needed new window trim and lots of scraping and caulking. We've received tons of compliments from neighbors and strangers. We're happy we chose Paint Denver. read more

I definitely recommend Paint Denver. We had trouble with getting painters to start on our originally scheduled date, but it turned out to be worth the wait. Juan and his partner were assigned to our project. They were so nice and flexible, and they did beautiful work. They were also very clean, and quick. They finished the exterior of our 4000 sq. ft house + backyard retaining wall in just 3 days! This included a day of power-washing and calking the house to prep for the painting. It also included making some adjustments to the paint once it was on the house, as I changed my mind on a couple of things. So if you can be flexible on the timing of your project, I trust you would be very happy with the work itself - especially if done by Juan and his partner!!! read more

I'm in the middle of remodeling a house in Sunnyside. While in this process, I've had to hire a number of contractors. Most of the contractors I've worked with have been entirely frustrating. It's difficult (if not impossible) to get an estimate, more difficult to get the work scheduled, and disappointing once the job is complete. Rob and his crew were consistently on time, and completed the work on the schedule that they had set. The first estimate did not include the scope of work I had pictured; I had a revised estimate the next day. The job I hired 'Paint Denver' for was not remarkably large; they were able to schedule my work within a few weeks. The crew was prompt, professional, and did great work. I hired Rob and his crew three months ago; in the meanwhile, I've had time to move in, completely. I've had time to hang pictures on all of the walls that I got painted. I'm still impressed. Of the contractor's I've hired, there are only a few I'd hire again. I would recommend 'Paint Denver' very highly. read more

We used Paint Denver for a relatively small project. A few ceilings and walls. They were fast with responding to our initial inquiry, came out quickly to give us an estimate at a fair price, and got the project done the following week. They did a great job and the team of painters led by Silvia were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Denver Paint is thoroughly professional and efficient. Rob and his staff are very responsive. They painted my condo in Wash Park. It looks great! read more

I requested a quote to paint the inside of my house. After spending sometime explaining our project to Travis on March 30th I never heard back with a bid. I called on April 6th and asked Suzie (I think that was her name) about the delay. She verified my information and let me know she would talk to Travis. It is now April 10th and I haven't heard back. My husband and I have been waiting to schedule until we received back all the bids. We want to paint in April and are now behind because we waited on Paint Denver. Not very considerate or professional. read more

We had a great experience with Paint Denver. I had multiple projects happening at one time in our house and Paint Denver graciously worked around the chaos. They added new and adjusted projects as we saw the need. They project lead, on-site crew lead and painters were all very informative and helpful and kept me in constant communication on progress. Overall, they did a quality job at a reasonable price. I would use them again in a heart beat. read more

During July we began seeking estimates for painting our stairwell, living/dining area and hallway. We planned to begin the project 8/10. Although more expensive than some others, we chose Paint Denver because of their five star rating, promises made during the estimate phase, and sound suggestions by David Urbont. We were told that the dents and dings in our bannisters would be sanded prior to painting, we would have a crew leader to address any issues and that Paint Denver would be in communication closer to our start date to firm up details. We were contacted to confirm paint colors but did not know what time our crew would show up on 8/10. On 8/7 we began leaving messages to ask if our job was going to begin on 8/10 and what time. We received an email the morning of 8/10 saying the crew was picking up supplies and would be to our home afterward. When the crew arrived after 9:00, they had no supplies. A discussion took place regarding the crew not being paid enough for our project, phone calls were made and the crew left to get supplies. About 10:30 the crew returned with supplies and began working. The paint color turned out to be incorrect and Rob corrected this very quickly. Our furniture was covered while ceilings were sprayed, but uncovered prior to paining the walls. This resulted in spatters on our furniture and floors. Holes that were filled were not smoothed out resulting in bumps that were painted over. A place where texturizing on the wall was messed up was simply painted over. The dings in the bannisters were not sanded but painted over. We had to insist that all of the trim around the stairwell window be painted. We asked that the crew help us remove the fan blades on the ceiling fan in the stairwell to keep it from getting paint on it. They refused twice. I agree it is not their job to remove fan blades, but we also asked them to cover it and they said they didn't need to. Later we discovered quarter sized blobs of paint on the blades and spatters all over the globes. We found it necessary to point out a string of six runs in the paint over one door as well as runs over another door and throughout areas where the painting was done. They were fixed but it did not seem right that they did not fix these without being asked to as most were very obvious. We felt the crew was difficult to communicate with due to language barriers. Our understanding was that the crew leader would be identifiable by the wearing of an orange shirt. On the second day one of the gentlemen did wear an orange shirt. On the plus side Paint Denver does seem to know the steps needed in a difficult job. For example, our stairwell was very dirty and David Urbont did point out additional processes needed to make certain the paint adhered and the primer required on ceilings to make sure stains were covered. Rob did address the color of the paint very quickly. Overall, the quality of our job was average. What we feel it lacked was attention to detail read more

Paint Denver does a great job and keeps you well informed. Priced out a handful of companies and they were priced just right. Painters were professional and curious. After completion they cleaned up and walked me around the house and addressed any issues I saw. I highly suggest giving them a call for at least an estimate. read more

Paint Denver was great to work with The quality was great. The painters worked efficiently. I was surprised at the amount of work that was completed in one day. The customer service was excellent. I received a timely quote and the job was completed timely. There was an honest mistake with the paint color. Paint Denver corrected the mistake immediately without objection, complaint, or additional cost. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my future needs. Very reasonable price too. read more

This review will only be directed at Tess Solano, person who does the scheduling. She has been absolutely awful with communication, to the point where I'm not even sure if they were ever going to get back to me with a firm date to begin painting my home. I had to pry her for information (via email and once over the phone) and she would respond vaguely. Gave me two target dates and neither were met and she refuses to respond to my request of getting a firm date locked down so I know when to be prepared. I understand that summer time is busy but all I ask is be honest and communicate with me and would have gladly been flexible, but this is ridiculous. Every email she responded back to me with began with an apology for taking so long to respond. Lack of communication is was what lost my business. I don't believe it is fair to give anything less than a 3 since I did not experience working with anyone else in the company but Tess deserves a 1. I called another company and they immediately gave me dates for walkthroughs, pressure washing, siding replacement and painting. That's how it should be. read more

I used Paint Denver for a recent full interior repaint of a house we purchased. Rob and team were absolutely great. Not only was their quote very competitive, but I also had a big wall with a horrible sand texture treatment applied to it that they were able to completely re-texture to match the rest of my house. The lines were clean, and any time I pointed out any nit-picky minor issues, they quickly and happily fixed it all up. The team was so thorough throughout the whole process, and I would highly recommend them. I absolutely love how my house looks now. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

this was the worst painting experience I have ever had the displeasure of using. They painted in 2017 and I thought it was time people knew about them. They were sloppy, getting paint everywhere that paint should not be. They didn't care. It was a horrible experience. Stay away from these people, you will be sorry if you use them. Use at your OWN RISK. read more

Rob Peterson of Paint Denver is someone with a lot of integrity, great attention to detail and a passion for environmentally responsible painting. He has done business & residential work for friends of mine, and they have all raved about him. I couldn't be happier with Rob and his team. I was painting a drop ceiling in a new office space. Realizing this was a lot harder than I initially thought, I hired Rob's team. His prices were extremely competitive and the result was great. So much so that I hired them to do some painting in my house as well. They were professional, reliable and did a great job. I will be hiring them again for future jobs. read more

Paint Denver was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Luis painted a couple accent walls in my apartment, and his work was impeccable. Leading up to the job, Rob was great about communicating and even stopped by as Luis got started to check in. The rate was quite reasonable, and it was so worth not having to buy all the supplies myself (and it wouldn't have turned out nearly as well). Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company. read more

Travis and the crew were great to work with. Travis is very accessible via phone or text which is really convenient. The quote and scheduling were a breeze (the hardest part is picking your own paint). We bid out to two other companies and Paint Denver was competitive. We had about 1200 sqft of our house needing painted. The crew showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule which is huge. Quick tip is to have more of your house ready than you think is possible. They did a mix of spray and roll. After they were finished they gave us a day to identify any areas that we thought were not up to par. There were a few areas I wanted another coat on and they came back and added another coat to all areas with absolutely no questions asked. Very happy with the service, thank you. read more

I just want to offer up a huge thank you to Travis and the entire team at Paint Denver for their exceptional work painting my condo. This was the best money I've ever spent. They're quick, efficient, precise, professional, and friendly - I wish I could give them six stars. I know that their services will more than pay for themselves when a prospective buyer sees the care and quality of their work. I was especially impressed with the insight they offered regarding color selection and the extra care they took to make my newly installed baseboards look pristine. If you're thinking about painting a large space on your own - don't. Hire Paint Denver, because there's no way you'll be able to match their caliber of work and efficiency. read more

I was extremely impressed with Paint Denver! Rob and his crew were all great to work with. I have worked with other painters over the years and never had such a seamless experience. The price was very competitive and they did outstanding work. I tend to be very particular about perfect paint lines and there wasn't a single area I had to ask them to touch up. It was all superb quality and the team was cautious and gracious throughout the process! I would highly recommend Paint Denver to anyone considering a paint job - small or large. read more

We were new to the area and wanted to paint a few rooms in our house before we moved in. Rob made it really easy and I trusted him and the crew with the house and everything in it. They got it done very quickly and finished before I even got to the house. There was one hiccup, which he let me know ahead of time and resolved extremely quickly. Walls look great- and they are not easy walls to work with. Clearly a lot of attention and detail, no splatter or drips or paint on the trim or windows. I'd highly recommend if you want an easy going at a daunting task. Thanks Rob! read more

We walked through everything a month ago and I can't even get a quote sent to me. I have followed up multiple times via email, when I called I reached only their voicemail. Excellent experience all around. Quality, professional, accessible and friendly. I was referred to Rob Peterson through my carpet contractor. My experience was much different (better) than other home contractor experiences I've had. His crew was on time every time and on schedule throughout the project. Wish I would have had a better experience. I booked based on Yelp reviews. The first day after painting our brand new remodeled house, I came home to bags of food trash and drinks all over our living room. My brand new fridge had a scratch and paint on it. There was a boot foot print on my new countertops. Paint was on my bedroom comforter (didn't find until a couple days after the paint job was over). We specifically asked for primer on all the fresh drywall to help match sheens. This was not done and as a result, you can see the patched in dry wall in the right light. Overall the paint job looks pretty good, but I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and the care they had for our home. read more

I contacted Paint Denver to bid an insurance job to repaint the south and west sides of my house for hail damage. Initial contact and appt. scheduling were good, and David showed up on time. During the bid, I had them add several options (whole house re-paint and some interior rooms). David said he would get me the quote later that day or the next. I am now 3 1/2 weeks from that time and NO quote. I called David, emailed him, and called the main line who said "Oh, we will have him contact you. NO response, nadda.
