After all work was completed painting the banister black (was white) and completely repainting the kitchen cabinets including the 8 ft. island, I wanted to author this letter of reference for Dina and James and the team at Paint Corps. They were recommended to us by friends and neighbors who've used them in the past, so we decided to include them into our 3 vendor vetting and bidding process. Dina took the time to come out, get to know US, and learn FIRST about our vision and then provided her expertise on how to best achieve our desired results. Additionally, we both agreed that there might be a few unknowns and we would address them upfront and discuss ways to accommodate them if encountered. Having an initial game plan was standard practice, but the attention to detail of having multiple contingency plans with estimated cost factors was what inspired us to move forward with them. This experience was invaluable and it turned out things went pretty close to the original plan. It was apparent their goal was to have a happy client, not just complete another job.... and it showed. This company did an extremely poor job of painting my home! The paint ran like it was watered down leaving white streaks all mixed in with the gray paint! Once I discovered it I contacted them about their warranty and 5-year touch up it took them 4 months to come look at it and I have now waited 7 months for the re-paint! It has cost me months in delays for a wheelchair ramp to get in and out of my house and medical problems that have cost me money, pain, headaches and other problems! read more

We entered into a contract with Paint Corp. Phoenix West on Oct.6, 2025. Since I am a Vet, I chose Paint Corp due to being Vet owned. Not 1 painter on this job were veterans. Work commenced on  Nov. 10th with work starting on the master bath entry. The sub contractor that was hired by Paint Corp. took 2 days of attempting to complete his portion of the project which we paid approx. $600.00 for the effort and it appeared he was not able to finish. Project manager (Joe) at that time requested the second paint crew to correct, but they were unable to succeed after 3 attempts. Finally, my wife and I spent time and effort to make it acceptable.      On Nov. 12th Paint Corp. employees arrived to begin the interior painting. We were unable to communicate with the gentleman due to a language barrier. His son was with him when he wasn't running errands and served as the interpreter. There was no attempt to cover furniture, only the floors and baseboards before he started spray painting the 6 doors. After spraying the doors, which were a mess, there was white powder (over spray) on carpet, furniture and even inside cabinets. When they arrived the next day they had brought Dunn Edwards paint. Our contract stated that Sherwin Williams paint would be used in the color shades we had picked out. At that point we asked them to leave and contacted Bill H. to report the disastrous progress on Nov.13th.      A new crew started on Nov. 25th. They completed the baseboards and walls and attempted to correct the mess that was done to the doors. They attempted to correct an additional 4 times but were unable to alleviate the problem of rough bumps and restore the grain and smooth finish to our satisfaction.     Paint Corp. has been here a total of 10 times and we still have six ruined doors. We feel we have been extremely patient but now we are sure that Paint Corp. can't correct the problem. We didn't pay the cost that was charged to have unacceptable results. What we were told verbally and according to your ads on Facebook, it states we don't leave until 100% satisfied, stress free experience from start to finish, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Unfortunately that hasn't been the case for this project. read more

Paint Corps presents itself to be everything we were looking for in a contractor for our home. The ordering process was organized, the sales team (including receptionist) was very communicative, the job was easy to schedule online, the team doing the work was responsive, and the process from scheduling through painting was a breeze. However, once the job was done, and the crew was long gone, I expressed concerns about the quality of work. The work we had done was in a separate building from the home, and when we went to install the floors a few days after the painters came and went, we saw a lot of signs of a rushed job. We noticed paint peeling, exposed tape, jagged seams, and spots that weren't painted close enough to the floor for new base boards. I decided to call to see if PC would make things right. The nice receptionist said someone would contact me very soon to see if the crew could head back out to my home. Ten minutes later, I was met with a text message from the owner with his indignant tone and excuses. We chose this company because they presented well and are veteran-owned. My husband is a veteran, so we try to support other veterans every chance we get. NOTE: If you're going to build a company around being a proud veteran, at least try to act like one, with class and dignity. Don't act like you're doing me a favor with reparations for your team's shoddy work, then passive-aggressively send someone to my home at a time I clearly told you I was NOT available, without any prior confirmation or communication that you were going to do so. The painter arrived at 10am to fix the errors (and he did a good job at it as well). I told the owner i was available after 12 noon. The person who re-painted was one of the original painters; very kind, thoughtful, understanding, and communicated throughout the morning with me about his progress on the re-work. He even verified the job was done properly before he left. He went above and beyond to make it right. The owner, James, could take some lessons from his own crew. We will not be giving PC any further business, purely because of how James handled the situation. I am also asking my realtor friend to use an alternative company who is more deserving and appreciative of our business. I just have to say how impressed I am with the work they did painting our house! My dad has been getting fined by the HOA for five years because he thought he couldn't afford to get the house repainted one of their approved shades. He was looking for contractors and found them all to be way more than he could afford until he found paint corps! they totally hooked him up, came the next day and even gave him a discount! the work is impeccable I mean it looks like a brand new house which is amazing! they were friendly, professional and got the job done in a fast manner. seriously couldn't say anything more positive because they hit all the marks! he's so happy and relived to have finally got this checked off his to-do list and I couldn't thank paint corps enough. would recommend them 20 times over! read more
