Each member of the crew were very positive and friendly - Terry, Paul and Eric. They covered all of our furniture and our brand new wood floors and spent nearly half the time masking the areas before they began painting. They were all real pros. We highly recommend them.

An absolutely beautiful job on a difficult house with high ceilings, stairways, Harry Potter closet, etc. Every nook was filled and surfaced, and the kitchen backsplash caulked perfectly, repairing a previous sloppy job. The crews were always on time; always friendly and open to questions. Crew boss Troy treated me and his crew respectfully and addressed every issue immediately. Easy communication with owner Rick. The job was remarkably thorough; furnishings were completely covered and protected and handled carefully. Job was inspected by Rick before the crews departed. This team is ROC licensed and bonded. The price was competitive. I will always use R&R and highly recommend them.

We hired Susanna and her crew to paint the interior of our home. She did an absolutely amazing job. I could tell from the moment we met her that she cared about the quality of her work. She and her crew were meticulous and careful throughout the job. On the final day of the job they cleaned thoroughly and did "touch up." Sussanna made sure there wasn't an errant drop of paint to be found or an inch of wall space missed. She made sure everything blended perfectly. Her work was perfect. Her price was VERY reasonable for what we got and I couldn't have asked for better quality work. It's like we've moved into a new home. I would hire her again in a heartbeat without even considering other options.

My husband tried to follow up via phone and text, but received no response aside from the sound of crickets. Honestly, if you're going to operate a small, independent business, you still need to have customer service skills and integrity. Buying a home and requiring a full interior and exterior paint job is pretty significant, and now that we have hired another company for close to 10k, Chromatic lost out. I'm not sure what the issue is with the lack of integrity, but it's disappointing because Susanna's work looks incredible from the photos on yelp. We are bummed we did not have the chance to see her work. Save your time and look to other five-star painting companies that respond promptly and provide much more professionalism.

Then started to see some peeling under the eaves, then more and more. Then a significant amount of my house body started peeling. Had Michael come out and look at it, and after review he said "I've never seen anything like this" and told me he would "make this right". We had Dunn Edwards out to look at it and they said there was "multi coat peeling" causing the issue- basically that the application wasn't done correctly- and would not warranty it because of this. So Michael said it was the paint, and Dunn Edwards said it was improper preparation. Michael later reneged on his promise to "make it right" and I am stuck painting a large part of my house again.
