Then started to see some peeling under the eaves, then more and more. Then a significant amount of my house body started peeling. Had Michael come out and look at it, and after review he said "I've never seen anything like this" and told me he would "make this right". We had Dunn Edwards out to look at it and they said there was "multi coat peeling" causing the issue- basically that the application wasn't done correctly- and would not warranty it because of this. So Michael said it was the paint, and Dunn Edwards said it was improper preparation. Michael later reneged on his promise to "make it right" and I am stuck painting a large part of my house again.

When they were finished, our walls were gorgeous. Everything looked like new again. We had many different areas that needed repair and I wanted to be very careful in choosing the right company. From the initial call with the owner Jeremiah and one of his office assistant's, Julie, I could tell that they were personable and caring before they even knew anything about the job, and I received a very good price quote. Throughout each phase and after they were finished, Jeremiah made sure that I was satisfied with every detail. We needed a closet wall and large spot in the ceiling of the laundry room repaired that had water damage. (See photos.) We also had two walls with holes from the door handles and areas with nail pops. I felt confident in the drywaller's expertise within the first ten minutes when he inspected the areas and explained exactly how he would repair them. The nail pop areas were screwed in, so that it wouldn't happen again, the ceiling area was replaced and patched, and everything was completely smooth and blended. After the painter finished the next day, it was wonderful to see our house look new again.
