Had Jeff estimate my house and he was the best price and best value of the three estimates I collected. First, Jeff back rolls the paint vs only spraying it which makes it look better and last longer, and he added a second coat at his cost since he "wanted it to look perfect." I have received a ton of compliments from my neighbors. He also painted all of our windows and trim, screen doors, garage doors, perimeter wall, etc. We have a 2 story house with a very fragile tile roof and he was careful not to break anything up there. I live in a gated community in Scottsdale where the HOA has requested that all homes be repainted by May 31, 2017. Homeowners are allowed to choose their own painters. We have used Bratcher Custom Painting quite a few times over the years, both inside and outside work. They just finished painting our 3500 square foot home, perimeter walls, side gate and all wrought iron on the house. Bratcher and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job, as always. He and his crew are polite, professional, clean, and most definitely know what they are doing. As I walk our neighborhood I pay particular attention to homes that have also been recently painted, but by someone else. The homes not painted by Bratcher Custom Painting look like they haven't even been painted... and they were just completed a week ago. Be extra careful when choosing a painter. Make sure you ask whomever you are getting an estimate from if they ROLL their paint or simply spray the house. Rolling the paint on the house enables the paint to seep deeper into the stucco than simply spraying it, and your home will look fresher twice as long as your neighbor that used a painter that only sprays. I received two quotes from painters before we proceeded to have our home painted and Bratcher Custom Painting actually came in less expensive than the company that was going to spray our home. If you're going to go to the expense to repaint your home, you may as well go with the best. Your money will go further and your home will look much nicer than if you use a company that only sprays the paint. Be wary because very few painters work the old-fashioned way and take pride in their work the way Bratcher Custom Painting does. read more
