Just a tip, when getting a quote make sure to point out all areas you need repaired. Repair costs are separate. The job was recently done and I can't yet tell about the longevity of the treatment. Not only did they repair the broken leg that I brought it in for, but they also fixed the other two legs, noticing that they were in need of repair as well. On top of that, they went above and beyond by stripping and re-staining the base of the table so that everything matched. The service was incredible! The price was exactly what I have been quoted, which was very reasonable. The staff was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They even identified the wood that the base was made out of for me, noting the tables quality.

I stopped in to ask about having repairs made to two chairs that had previously been reupholstered…read moreand refinished elsewhere. While the upholstery was beautiful the foam cushion used had no support so when one of the chairs was used the foam ripped as it was pushed through the unsupported seat hole. Thus, both need supports added. When inquiring about repairs, I was asked only one question regarding the seat, if it simply popped off, to which I responded no that there were decorative nail-heads before being told I needed to see an upholsterer. When I inquired as to why, I was informed that the upholstery had to be removed to fix the chair, a statement I believe is incorrect. The structure can be accessed from under the seat to add support. When I explained the structure of the chair, I was then requested to bring one of the two chairs in to allow them to look at it. I explained that would have to borrow an SUV and have help to bring the chair and requested that I be able to send pictures for a preliminary decision as to whether or not they thought they could fix it before bringing the chair in to the store. The store representative told me with some exasperation to just throw a chair in my car, and I didn't need help for a simple chair. I was shocked to be told that the chair could fit in my car and that I could manage to move and lift it on my own after clearly informing the store representative that I could not. In shock, I stuttered that I couldn't, and paraphrasing was told to not be dramatic and ridiculous of course I could put a dining room chair in my car by myself. I, therefore, explained it wasn't a dining room chair and I had never said it was and reiterated that the chair wouldn't fit in my car. When he started to argue the point again, I was forced to further explain that I am disabled and unable to lift a heavy chair, even a dining room chair had it been one, because of my shoulder. He then gave me instructions for taking pictures and gave me the email address to send them. Given an hour or so to reflect upon my experience, I have decided that his handling of the situation did not reflect the type of customer service I expect and likely foreshadowed future issues so I will be looking for somewhere else or just buying new chairs (the easy solution). I would have preferred to be asked questions to confirm his assumptions instead of having incorrect information spouted authoritatively at me such as I could manhandle the chair on my own which placed me in an uncomfortable position of having to explain.

The one guy didn't spray enough then the second guy sprayed too much then they had to have the senior guy come out and fix it all. But in the end it came out beautiful. Sales guy came out and I asked tons of questions to make sure I would get what I was looking for…read moreand I let him know I can't do mornings as well set up an 11 pm time but supposedly I have dementia and that's a lie called the office around 11 10 to see if the person was coming the lady said she would check and call me back she did and let me know the person was going to be here between 12 30 and 1 later got a message from the girl that she said it would be after one but never answered me back with an exact time she got here at 1 30 said she would be back next day to do the rest between 9 and 10 I had already told the sales guy and the lady at the office she needed to be on time and I had already explained before the deposit I dont do mornings to make a long story short the owner basically called me and blamed me for all the mistakes on the time and that I disrespected all her staff which was a lie I disrespected the sales person that lied to my face told him he was a liar and I disrespected her because u call a customer and blame them for all the stuff I was told would happen and didn't then to protect myself from more lies I said I wanted the warranty in writing or email so there would be no issues on that later since I had proceeded to read reviews after my problems and noticed before have issues with the work she said she would give me one after I paid that's not how it works and I let her know that she told me to stop arguing and I said im asking for the warranty im suppose to have that's not asking for something off the wall that is to be provided especially since I was told the work came with one and again I didn't want issues where they lied later if I had issues and they could say that was not part of the deal I afterwards posted a google review so hopefully people can see and maybe pick a diffrent company that has better customer service dont lie about arrival times and by the way after posing my review they charged my card the full amount without my authority and with the job unfinished and now dont respond so no I had to spend hours on the phone with my bank to file a dispute
