I was in serious pain and was seen on the same day I made the call, that in itself is amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was professional and very concerned about my condition. They listened closely as I described my ailment and told me everything that they were doing. When Dr. Blake came in I was very nervous and she recognized my heighten state. She took her time examining me and throughout the process she remained very calm and explained what she was doing. She gave me her diagnosis along with a follow-up treatment plan. The staff then proceeded to take care of all the follow-up appointments needed, from booking my MRI to calling my PCP to get prior approval.
