Págos Ice Cream Rolls and Bubble Tea Ice cream rolls. Using the cold pan style. This produces a richer ice cream taste. Interesting place. I gave them 4 stars because of solid taste and not overdoing it. Good start. Work harder and stay true. Above the average ice cream place. Highly recommended

I'm not sure what happened in the one year in between the first time I ever came here and today but it wasn't as good this second time around. The first 2 pictures are last year and third is me reordering Let that Mango. The flavor was so bland I could barely taste the sweetness or mango. Therefore subtract 1 star. Service was prompt. Ambiance was quiet. I like the couches.

This place is truly a treat every time we go there we are amazed at the quality of the product and we get excellent costumer service ! Today we were lucky to be helped by See, she made us feel very welcomed!

Really awesome dessert establishment in downtown Royal Oak that serves ice cream rolls with an Asian twist. Service was decent. Ambiance had friendly modern vibes. We ordered one halo halo how are you ice cream for 2 and it was plenty! The ube ice cream is crafted and rolled right in front of you doubling as a treat for the eyes and mouth. The toppings all blended well and complimented the ube forward flavor. Really enjoyed the touch of red bean. Delicious and not sickeningly decadent. I'll def be back to fix my sweet tooth!

While the concept of rolled ice cream is not new, even in metro Detroit (had it in Detroit several years ago!), what makes Pagos stand out is their offerings. You really can't go wrong with anything, and I *will* try them all. Our group got the halo halo (my favorite -- ube wins, always), Robert Brownie Jr (duh) and I went with the S'more (wanted to hang onto summer just a bit longer on a chillier night).

Came here on a Saturday night with friends and got the #2 Ain't No Body Got Thai For That!. Was nice and refreshing but does get boring quickly after about five bites. This is Thai ice cream mixed with lychee jelly and whipped cream on top. My friend got the #1 Halo Halo How Are You? which was super yummy. Would come back again for this flavor. I believe it is Ube ice cream mixed with red beans. Ube flavor ice cream is pretty rare to find in Michigan so I was super excited to see this on the menu. The ambiance was really nice. Super chill store to just have ice cream and mingle with friends.

I tried their brrrberry ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! There were pieces of fresh berries mixed into a really smooth ice cream, and it was the perfect treat. There's plenty of seating as well, it was a good place to hang out and relax.

Good ice cream, it was fun to try something new! The staff was nice, the store itself was pretty cute, and we enjoyed the ice cream we got. We ordered the Ube and Matcha flavors, the Ube wasn't for me but the Matcha was delicious. I loved the mochi pieces, the drizzle on top & the added extras. I'm more of a traditional ice cream eater but I would recommend giving this a try!

Pagos Ice Cream will always be a family favorite for me and my family. I think I've tried every single flavor available on their menu from the time that Pagos opened until now, and I take my friends here every time I come back home for vacation. This time around, I ordered the Thai ice cream and my family ordered Ube ice cream, matcha milk tea (no boba & reduced (75%) sweetness), and I believe a passion fruit drink (no boba). The Ube order is a classic, so that's always enjoyable. This time around, I ordered the Thai ice cream, asked for no whipped cream, and added boba and THAT was super awesome and it tasted so yummy! Pagos' ice cream will definitely fill you up (they have super large servings and usually give you 6 rolls of ice cream per order), and if you're lactose intolerant, I would really recommend taking your lactaid pills because it's definitely worth the eat! While the orders are always the best, I would say that the service/staff is even better. I love Pagos & I can't wait to come back home and enjoy some more ice cream with my family!

    Matcha and s'mores

My friend and I went here on a Sunday. It was a little busy, but the service was good. The menu is simple, but has a lot of variety of options. I got the s'mores rolled ice cream, and she got a matcha version with mochi and pocki. Each was $7.50, which seems a fair price for the size of the ice cream. The shop was clean and had plenty of seating, despite being busy. Overall, would go again.

4.5 stars out of 5, but I'm rounding up to 5 stars, especially since we are still raving about the ice cream, one day later. I had about 30 minutes before a movie at Emagine Royal Oak, and we decided to YOLO and trek down here - I had been wanting to try it, and I had seen pictures of the rolled ice cream all over Instagram. The ice cream only comes in one size, and is $6.95 for a huge serving. They also have bubble tea, smoothies, and other drinks for $3.95 each. We ordered the Halo Halo (pronounced "hah-lo hah-lo" apparently? I always thought it was "hay-lo hay-lo"), I was excited to try it because a friend had ordered the Halo Halo dessert at Fort Street Galley a while back and it was delicious. They were out of red bean so they mixed it with mango for us instead. We also opted to skip the whipped cream, and we did more mango instead of boba. The ice cream was DELICIOUS and it's very cool to watch them make it, as well. I have gone for rolled ice cream with a friend before but never actually had it (I had bubble tea, she had the ice cream), and I had seen it being made at 12 Oaks Mall before as well, but to actually try it was a treat. It tasted sweet but not too sweet, and I loved the toppings, they were very bubble tea-esque. I'm curious to see how this place fares in the winter - it's at Washington and 7th which, although technically downtown Royal Oak, is about a 10-minute walk from the Main and 11 Mile intersection. The reason it gets 4.5 stars and not 5 from me is that I wish they offered a smaller serving size as well - $6.95 is a reasonable price since it's so huge, but we split the ice cream, and I don't think I could have eaten the entire thing by myself. Other than that, I will definitely be back! All of the ice cream creation names were so cute and punny, too.

Late night craving fulfilled. First time trying Pagos and their portion big and icecream was great. I love the variety of options and you can find something to satisfy a variety of tastebuds. Wonderful customer service and super chill vibe.

This spot is very well known for its involvement with the Berkley community; this year's Halloween kicked off with a ghost-hunting game, ran by Bombshell, with ghosts painted on different Berkley locations. If you got them all right, you earned a free piece of candy. Yay! I was surprised to see that they just added a Matcha Latte to their drinks menu; one I had to check out. It was alright. Honestly tasted like the ones they have at Starbucks, a very shallow taste of sweetness with a grassy undercarriage. Not worth the price, but refreshing nonetheless. Although I adore simply complex idea of... I forgot the name, so I'll just call it a Pretzel Concoction, I can't get behind how bare knuckles the pretzel is. I'll give it some grace though because the ice cream itself is definitely something. Creamy and memorable. The cherry syrup they use goes so well over the mildly melted ice cream, and it's all my girlfriend could think about throughout the day. I like Bombshell. When we're talking about comfortability, cleanliness, general mood/vibe, and customer service, we reach an easy 5, genuinely some of the best out there. However, the treats you get are quite expensive, and not worth the price. I've had ice cream bars from the gas station that are more enjoyable (and worth it) than the ones at this place. 8 dollars for a single ice cream bar is ACTUALLY laughable. It's just overly sweet white chocolate with pre-frozen, ice cream truck quality "ice cream" inside of it. I'm sorry, it's not even cream. It's just ice. 3/5
