I've stopped by three times in the past four weeks. Each visit, the floor plan had shifted; but the project is nearly finished. Best Buy seems to be doubling down on the store‑within‑a‑store concept -- brands have their own display zones, fixtures, and trained reps, while Best Buy retains full control of the retail space. I noticed showroom areas for brands that weren't there before. Speaking with a staff member, they're also planning to upgrade the appliance offerings.

I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. It is unacceptable for a company to offer zero support on a defective $4,000 electronics purchase. Do not risk your money with this horrible seller.

They delivered my new Samsung flatscreen, installed it, set up the existing Tivo for me, hauled away my super-heavy old plasma. They were in & out in a flash. They were exactly on time, as always. The Service Manager Sohail Afaq went through trying to startup my laptop and quickly realized that the computer was trying to load software in the background and that was interfering with the startup. Sohail thoroughly evaluated the computer and recommended replacing the logic board. In addition, they replaced the battery, display, lid angle sensor, and Touch ID board--all for half of what Apple quoted. Even more impressive, we had the MacBook Pro back in just two business days. The computer is like new and works perfectly. It's rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service. I later learned from a Best Buy sales associate that they never recommend this brand because they are so glitchy and problematic. Mind you, this is their store brand.
