Birds are incredible and the location is so convenient to everything, The condo we stayed in was spectacular - fully equipped for inside enjoyment and beach! I loved the gas grills for cooking a quick meal. The pool and jacuzzi are "right at the beach" and wonderful. (Great pavilion too) SHELLING --- I can't say enough about our daily searches and finds. (Bailey's Shell Museum is great.) We forgot pickleball equipment but their office loans it out! Beach Volleyball fun too. Bike trails are right across the road and we had bikes delivered for the week - they deliver and pick up. The island and grounds still have a little construction but we didn't hear anything from our unit or pool. This is such special place - truly a slice of Old Florida. Restaurants are so happy to have visitors on the island and so are the shops. We rented online and owners were awesome too. Other people we met at the pool had the same experience and didn't want me to write a review bc they wanted it as "our lil secret." (BTW - rates are better in the fall if you get away - and the ocean the perfect temperature!)

This place was fantastic, it had everything a group of gals could need for a week of sand, surf, and sun. The condos at Pointe Santo are individually owned, therefore they are not all available for rent. We rented through Sanibel Holiday and were lucky to score a top floor unit. The unit itself had ALL the amenities of home. A fully applianced kitchen, washer/dryer, two bedrooms (slept up to 6), two bathrooms, dining area, living room with flat screen television, screened-in lanai, and since we were on the top floor... private rooftop access!! The view of the grounds from our outdoor space was gorgeous. 360 degrees of palm trees, beach, and open sky. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provided a sanctuary from the July mid-day heat. The grounds are impeccably maintained. Amenities abound... --Heated Pool and Jacuzzi (with adult swim times!) --Free Wi-Fi, easy-to-access and quick speeds --Community BBQ grills --Clubhouse that sells smoothies, ice cream, and other goodies --Dedicated parking spaces for each unit --Bicycle Racks, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Kids Activities Two of my favorite things about this complex included the on-site lagoon as well as direct beach access. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning, eating breakfast on the roof overlooking the palm trees swaying in the island breeze surrounding the lagoon, then throwing a suit on and walking directly out to the beach. It made catching sunrises/sunsets, wildlife, and a great spot on the beach a breeze! There are complimentary lounge chairs at the pool and the beach, a station to wash off sand from shells (and yourself!), a even a beach volleyball court. As with the rest of the island, the grounds were full of wildlife - I spotted turtles, dolphins, rabbits, lizards, and all varieties of bird within steps of my front door. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Paradise for sure!

They picked us up at the airport (rsw to…read morebeach was about 50) with the baby and a bunch of gear at 1 o'clock in the morning and did so cheerfully and also picked us up to go to the key west ferry (about 15 bucks from hampton inn) early in the morning and we were running a little late and again they were super cheerful even after waiting and helped us get there on time. Normally i would use lyft (TOL2 for 5 off your ride) but when you need reliability and being on time I don't know why anybody would use any other service in this town. thanks guys!

So I'll see if I can get a new rental, then go get a snack, use the bathroom, and I'll call you back." This response was both unprofessional and concerning, especially given that we were already waiting past our scheduled time. After waiting a few more minutes with no update, we called again. At that point, he told us to come find him. We had been told to look for a white van, but he was in a black one, which caused unnecessary confusion. When we approached to confirm his identity, his response was dismissive and irritated. During this time, we also received a call back from a woman at your company who said, "Oh my God, you're just going to have to wait," which only added to the frustration and lack of professionalism we were already experiencing. We apologized to Dennis for the confusion and simply tried to confirm we were in the correct vehicle and that the address was accurate. In response, he slammed the door. The vehicle itself was clearly having issues and struggling while driving, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Despite all of this, when we arrived, we still chose to tip him. In return, he ripped up the money and threw part of it out the window, keeping the other half. This behavior was completely unacceptable and frankly shocking. We are frequent customers, as we have family in Cape Coral and regularly bring others with us. Never again and will tell everyone never to go to though this place.
