Even as a brand-new patient, they were kind enough to squeeze us in, and within an hour they had her evaluated, sedated, treated, and ready to come home. Every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful and clinic was extremely reasonably priced. Also, the owners (Dr. Garcia and his wife) actively rescue stray dogs, provide all of their medical care, and place them up for adoption through their clinic. It says so much about who they are and the heart behind this vet center.

All the staff were very compassionate and gave us their sympathies and hugs. We were able to stay with our baby in the exam room for as long as we needed to finish saying our goodbyes to her. Within a day or two, we received a sympathy card from Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital. We then received a card from The Arbor Day Foundation saying Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital donated for a tree to be planted in memory of our baby. The meds they gave me made my dog worse and ended up leading to her death I'm sure. They want money and don't care about the well being of the pet. I asked for a quote up front on everything that was going to be done and possibly be needed after test where done. I paid and then get a call saying they need more money from me for stuff the originally told me was going to be needed. Agter all the tests and X-rays they tell me my dog will be fine just give her the meds and monitor her. 2 days later she's dead. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF ITS A REAL EMERGENCY. When we lost our two oldest dogs within a year of each other, they could not have been more kind and compassionate. They helped us arrange the cremations and deal with our loss. Many years ago they did a surgery to remove a large cyst on our guinea pig, even though it was a temporary solution (they grow back). They understood that our kids loved him, they did an excellent job and gave Oreo a few more months to play! We have never had a problem getting a same day or next day appointment when we call ahead. Her life has been so full of LOVE from everyone who has met this sweet girl, but she has ALWAYS been my 2nd heartbeat. She lived for her ball, murdering the next squeaker, her next yummy meal, snack, and her lovings from us. She has lived a great life, and the last show of love I can give her in return is a peaceful send-off. I believe in heaven for our fur babies. I believe they have a soul just like we do. Ecclesiastes 3:14, which says, "I know that whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever." Revelation 5:13 states, "And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth... heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne." Job 12:10: "In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind." The same God who designed her wagging tail and her 13ish years of loyalty is the one who promises to make all things new. I find a deep sense of peace knowing that our "labor of love" is a reflection of the mercy God has for all His creatures. Her paws were nicely rounded and her face was left nicely trimmed with no tear stains. She looked adorable and happy when we picked her up. I can tell that they really took their time and were very patient with my dog. I would highly recommend this place because it's a reasonable price and they are good at what they do.
