What a wonderful experience we had here with our kitty. Everyone, from the front desk to the techs to the doctor, was just as nice as could be! Every step of the way, we were updated and had everything explained so we would know what was happening and what was possibly happening next. There were no surprises and they did everything possible to diagnose and treat my baby girl, even called in one of the medications they prescribed her to a local pharmacy who made her prescription just the way my kitty could tolerate. They called to check up on her a couple of days later and listened to my concerns and provided further feedback on how to help. They have the best customer service and are so friendly from start to finish. So refreshing to have a place that I trust and enjoy going to (as much as possible considering the circumstances). We will definitely be bringing our other babies here too and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the area who cares about their customers and their fur babies. Thank you for a great experience!!

Yes they are awesome. They took care of my Baby Girl. Some lowlife shot my 7 month old Baby Girl. Vet center took great care of Baby Girl.

About 3 minutes later, the nurse came in and took us to the triage area. Our baby was dying from her illness. We were very grateful to be with her, loving on her, during her transition. All the staff were very compassionate and gave us their sympathies and hugs. We were able to stay with our baby in the exam room for as long as we needed to finish saying our goodbyes to her. Within a day or two, we received a sympathy card from Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital. We then received a card from The Arbor Day Foundation saying Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital donated for a tree to be planted in memory of our baby. The folks at Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital went over and above anything we ever expected. We are very grateful for them

We opted for home euthanasia. The Hospice Vet reviewed our case and questioned euthanasia and recommended a surgical consult. Thank God! Big huge lie. Not only did she tell me that I could stay in the room while he was having his nails clipped and during the so-called exam which was a lie, I get there and the technician wants to take him out of the room, out of my sight which he has never been out of my sight and if he would not have needed his nails clipped so bad I would have walked out at that point. Then I talked to the doctor, well let's just say I don't know if it was a doctor or somebody wearing scrubs it was somebody I spoke to that said the only thing I need to do for his severe allergies was to rinse them off with water twice a week. That's it oh yeah and also feed him a cheap crap dog food where the first ingredient is chicken feathers and he is highly allergic/sensitive to chicken. So this quack in the scrubs literally told me to feed him a cheap no nutrition Purina dog food where the first ingredient is chicken feathers? Seriously??? So I paid a hundred bucks for nothing well I take that back this stupid idiot did force him and choke him and muzzle him and put him in another room where I couldn't see him and clipped his nails and he has never ever had a problem clipping his nails at the vet's office but she clipped them now they're sharper than razors because she didn't Dremel them like they said they were going to do. So they're a bunch of quacks I wouldn't take a pet snake to them. If you love your precious babies, DON'T GO TO THESE LYING QUACKS!
