But, they are very busy. I think the management of numbers is admirable. The only problem we encountered was caused by inconsiderate "Pet Owners". Very large dogs should be kept on a short leash 'As Requested'. And not allowed to bother other people's pets. Especially after requested to please 'Rein in your dog'. Instead the person yells "Shut Up" to the bothered pet owner. Management might have stepped in if asked. But, we de-escalated the situation on our own. Over all, very pleased with this visit. Even as a brand-new patient, they were kind enough to squeeze us in, and within an hour they had her evaluated, sedated, treated, and ready to come home. Every single staff member we interacted with was wonderful and clinic was extremely reasonably priced. Also, the owners (Dr. Garcia and his wife) actively rescue stray dogs, provide all of their medical care, and place them up for adoption through their clinic. It says so much about who they are and the heart behind this vet center.
