During our 6 hour delivery window, I got no text, call, email or tracking updates at any point during the delivery process. I had trouble getting a call through to the florist shop, when they finally picked up, they told us the flowers had been delivered 6 hours ago? If the flowers were delivered, they were no longer there. I understand that delivery is outsourced to a third party, however, you have a responsibility to ensure delivery updates are communicated to your customer. The tracking link you provide should work and be updated, and if not, you should contact your customer about the issue and offer some sort of solution. The florist refused to do anything and said they must wait for the delivery company to respond before they can do anything. They refused to offer any refund, compensation or replacement. This is a terrible way to treat your customers left without flowers on valentines day. I will be disputing this credit card charge. Terrible experience.

Receiving withered blooms and leaves damaged by insects on an important occasion is unacceptable. Not everyone has the time to wait for a fix, especially on the day the flowers are needed.
