I came here 2-3 times a week buying the same thing and i had to go back this time to do a return because the new cart i got leaked in my pocket. The asian girl was giving me a hard time wouldnt even let me pay the difference and get the one i wanted. Was pretty disappointed because after coming all these years tipping their staff every time i come and putting them on to my friends that they couldnt even let a small $30 slide. What drove me off the edge was when she claimed i was yelling and made me test the carts before i left to make sure i wouldnt come back and do it again like i do this all the time or something lmao... crazy and what if my tolerance was low and i got into a car accident while driving home. Like im fine off of what i did but imagine if they did that to someone else who had a low tolerance. It was already made up in my mind when they didnt want todo the exchange and i pay the difference but the ending was just icing on the cake. Trust me bro im not coming back you dont gotta worry my friend. Karma is real

The bright white light and room welcome you. The outer walls are display shelves of packaging, and the counter has more displays. The bud tender asks you what you want, and they grab it from under the counter or back room. I went in knowing what I wanted to order, but also wanted to see how much knowledge the bud tender had of their own products. Their knowledge was so-so. He had a little info on edibles but really not extensive, nor even on their full edible product line. The prices are on the higher end of the dispensaries I've been at. As much as 5-7 dollars difference on like products. There is probably a loyal following for their flower products, but from an edibles perspective, there's nothing unique from Cookies that i can see. Even the Cookies cookies (which I purchased) are from Big Pete's.
