Honestly, Mark is basically a real-life superhero. We were stuck in the blazing heat, borrowing a phone (from our rockin' mail carrier!!) to try to find a locksmith to let us in on a weekend afternoon. Mark answers and says he can be here in 11 minutes (damn!), and then he is!!! Like who does that? Who is totally honest about time these days? Totally refreshing! He respectfully put on a mask before approaching even though our masks were locked inside, and worked on two tricky locks, with dedication and perseverance until he got us in. We had nothing with us - no phone, no ID, kiddo had no shoes, we were a true hot mess of locked out people. He put things right in no time, and we are immensely grateful. read more

Have you ever heard of ridiculously amazing customer service on a locksmith company???? Well this guy is pretty amazing! He comes from a family of locksmiths and is taking over a family business. He knows his job real well and is reasonably priced. We unfortunately had an attempted break in and he came in and fixed our lock and door in a timely manner. Need a locksmith? Try this company out! You can tell they love what they do and love the city they do business in. Thanks so much for coming to the rescue! read more

The BEST!! My daughter locked the key in her bedroom, it's Sunday and late in the evening we were looking for a locksmith that would come the same day, I texted Padlock Locksmithing around 8:30pm they got back to me very quickly, I also live in McFarland so I figured we wouldn't be able to get anyone but Padlock's Locksmithing came to my home they were able to unlock my daughters room pretty quickly I was so pleased with their service and the fact that they were willing to drive to McFarland so late just shows their great customer service I highly recommend them. I'd score them 10 stars if I had these.... THANK YOU!!! read more

Very prompt reaponse. Price was really reasonable. God and fast services with excellent attitudes. I recommend these guys.

Mark is very friendly and from our three hour interaction, seemed very trustworthy. He called when he was on his way and arrived earlier than originally quoted. My job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated and he went above and beyond to get my entire house re-keyed in the evening because he wanted to make sure I was safe. The cost was very reasonable, especially given the level of service I received. I would highly recommend Padlock's Locksmithing. Thank you! read more

Managed to lose the lone house key. Mark responded immediately to my quote and was able to come out the same day to make a replacement key. No lock rekeying was required and the service was quick and painless. He did great work and couldn't be happier with the results. read more

Purchased a foreclosure home and wanted it re-keyed just to make sure there weren't any keys floating around out there. Responded on time and super friendly! The quote actually went down when he saw the type of locks I had on my house. I was happy with the original quote and would have gladly paid it. Great service and he was in and out in 20 minutes. I was provided with 4 keys for my house. Excellent job, I will tell everyone!! read more

I was very impressed with this company. We needed or locks changed prior to going out of town and they came (on the same day) a little before 9 o clock and where done with 7 door no later than 9:30. They are so reliable and very quick. Really saved me and my family. I was on a road trip and at a pit stop at 9:45pm on a Tuesday night. I had my dogs with me and I left them in the car while we were going to get a bite to eat. When I got out of the car my keys fell out of my pocket onto the seat and I didn't notice. I locked my keys in the car! I freaked out. My dogs were in there. We were in a town 100's of miles from familiarity. My boyfriend yelped locksmiths in the area with quick response times and Padlock's came up. We called them and they were about to close but they still came. They arrived in 10 mins and said "If we can't open your car, we won't charge you." They opened up my car super super quick. Saved us and our dogs and I'm so incredibly grateful for them. I started writing this review almost immediately. This company is amazing. Good, trustworthy people. If I could give more stars, I would. :) read more
