I've used Bakersfield Car Locksmith twice now. Once to get a new key fob for my 2008 Prius. They were substantially less expensive than the dealership. Tanner was very nice and knowledgeable. After this experience I decided I would come back any time I need keys for my vehicles. This brings me to this week, my son who is a newer driver needed another key for his truck, a1999 Mazda B2200. Being I had to work, my wife and my son went to Bakersfield Car Locksmith to have one made. I asked my wife what she thought about how things went and she was very happy. My wife didn't get the name of the employee that helped them, but she said they were very patient with my son and ensured everything was working properly before they left. I went to Bakersfield car locksmith today and met Dave the Owner and proprietor. I needed a key fob for my Toyota Camry . I spoke with Dave on the phone and he said come on down so I did. Dave got right to work I was in and out in around 30 minutes. My new key fob has a two year guarantee and works like a charm.. Thank you Dave. I did call Other Shops the first thing out of their mouth was what's my address and telephone number We'll have somebody call you Keep your lines clear. When and if they get I couldn't nail them down to a price they would say$300 for the FOB and I'll let you know how much it costs to program it because all the programs are different. Yeah right. Dave gave me an upfront price of $150 for the FOB the cutting of the key and the programming and I was out of there in 30 minutes. It pays to shop around. I like Dave. read more
