My husband picked up our 2017 Equinox today. The sales woman, Amy, told him this vehicle was comparable to our 2014 Ford Escape. And it was $20.00 dollars cheaper a month. They claim to have no money down leases. Why did my husband have to have the first payment with him today? Let's see what this Equinox is missing.....leather seats, can not open the back hatch from the car, can not open it from the key fob, can not press a button to close it. The sales rep had my husband drive a car with these features. Well, when he brought it home today, I asked is this the car he drove. Well bait and switch is alive and well at Paddock. He has been trying to call her, when the deal was not signed, she was available. For the last hour and a half, no such luck. read more

My car turned off while driving it. I had it towed to a shop. They thought it was a main computer problem so they told me I had to take my car to the dealer. I made an appointment for Saturday am. I dropped my car off the night before to ensure they could get it in early. I didn't hear back from them so I called repeatedly. You can't actually talk to anyone in service by the way. All calls go to voicemail. Finally I get my car back Tuesday. Yeah 3 working days after my appointment. They said nothing was wrong with it and then charged me $610...for holding my car, not letting me know what was going on and then saying nothing was wrong?!?! Cars don't just turn off while you're driving!! This is a safety issue!! Anyways after it has happened again I made an appointment with another mechanic that you can actually trust!! Hopefully they will figure it out. I will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I will be doing my research to find any other consumer advocacy groups. I won't put up with this. read more

I can't help but think something shady happened when I leased my 2016 Cruze one year ago. The 2013 Cruze that I was turning in, was hit by someone while parked. Hit and run. Minor fender damage - cosmetic. No internal damage to anything. When I was in the process of leasing the 2016 they asked me if my 2013 was in any accidents. I told them just a fender bender. I was told that since a possible buyer of my "used" 2013 car would be able to see the accident report on line, I would not get all the discounts available. Are you telling me that a fender bender is reported to the car facts website? I was nervous and did what I was told so that I could have something to drive. I'm a 70 yr old female and struggling financially. I was there alone - maybe not such a good idea. To try and explain a little more, this occurred at the time I went for a new lease. I went into the showroom and was approached by a salesman (not sure if he was) who went to get another guy who had an "expert touch". The second guy ran his fingers around the back panel of the 2013 and said he could tell it was replaced. It would cost me. So, instead of getting all the discounts offered, I would get less. In addition, I had to put the $1,000 down which went on my credit card. This is on top of the $500 deductible for insurance. It's like there is no end. Maybe nothing wrong occurred something seems a bit shifty to me. Once my current lease is up, goodbye. I'm not planning to lease another car from Paddock. Can't afford them any more. read more

I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing, leasing or having a service done at paddock Chevy. I have had not one, but numerous bad experiences with this dealership. First of all when I traded in a previous lease from a previous dealership the finance manager did not fax my odometer report to the financial office so I was being billed for two cars while I only had one. After three months of being double billed, I was reimbursed the three extra payments as a credit on my gm financial account. Following this issue I received a bill in the mail for a missed payment back in October of 2016 for my previous lease (which I had traded in April 2016). So they are now trying to charge me for a car that the dealership had bought out and was supposed to be making the final payments on. Most recently I went for my first service at this location, a complimentary oil change service that I had received when I traded in my old lease for my current lease. When I arrived for the service I was not helped for 20 minutes. There were actually no employees in sight for about 20 minutes. There was a man in front of me who had been waiting for a half an hour apparently. He was offered a free service due to his wait time. I was not offered a free service due to my wait time, however I already was using a free service so that may be why. They were very unorganized in the service department, it seemed no one know what was going on and maybe they had bit off more than they could chew that day with appointments. When I returned 3 hours later to pick up my car they had lost my only key, because when I leased the car I was only given one key. They were very rude to me and offered me a pick up truck as a free rental as "it was all they had". I have to say, I haven't really had one pleasant experience at this location unfortunately, and I will definitely never be returning. In fact I will be trading in my lease elsewhere. read more

Recently I brought my 2008 Chevrolet Corvette for my yearly inspection and oil change it only has 7,200 miles I never had any problems with it always dealer maintained since day one insulated garage never driven in bad weather basically like a brand new car. After waiting a ridiculously 3 hours for an oil change and inspection Russell Clark one of the service reps told me my car was ready. I proceeded to get in my vehicle which was inside the shop and was told I should drive it out upon starting my car immediately it started to run rough I knew something was wrong but I proceeded to drive out down the street when the smell of burning oil engulfed the cabin of my car then the check engine light came on I immediately drove back to the dealer a half a block away told them what was going on they pulled the car in the back and stated the mechanic did get oil all over the exhaust and catalytic converter when he pulled the drain plug which is on the side of the oil pan but your oxygen sensor is showing that it is faulty they wanted to charge me $200 for a new sensor that just passed New York state emissions and inspection I told them that I was unsatisfied the car only had 7200 miles never had an issue or problem until I drove it to that dealership and left I notified Dwayne Paddock who's the president of Paddock Chevrolet he was very quick to the point that they weren't responsible for anything and these things happen everyday it's an electrical device that was his explanation I told him I was unsatisfied with that his service manager Chuck Briggs I had issues with in the past very unfriendly and I did not want to deal with him I am a disabled retired police officer never had an issue in my life like this Paddock Chevrolet could have done the right thing I feel that they are negligent I should fix my vehicle due to the fact that their machine may have shorted out my oxygen sensor I will never ever buy another car or bring one to Paddock Chevrolet they are the world's worst I'm sorry I recommended people to buy their vehicles from them apparently Dwayne Paddock 's britches are too big for him. I did call Chevrolet customer service unfortunately they can't help because dealerships are individually owned. If you or your family is looking to purchase or service your vehicle beware stay away save yourself the aggravation that I have. Michael Mecca Town of Tonawanda New York read more

I went to paddock to lease a new truck and trade in my old one. I got the truck and everything is good with it but there were a couple concerns at Paddock... When I first came to look at the truck, the first thing the salesman said was "so as far as safety features, well there is none." Not a very good starting point. Then I test drove the truck. While driving (salesman in backseat) he started telling me about all the features the truck has like remote start, power mirrors, built in wifi, etc. Then when we got back to the dealership he looked and the window sticker and said "oh never mind it doesn't have those." When we went inside to talk numbers, they definitely pressured me asking "why" every time I declined something or declined an offer. They kept coming back and saying "What can I do to make you buy this truck right now." When I had texted the salesman with a question after leaving (I had asked if a tonneau cover could be added to the deal), my salesman's response was "we don't let people walk all over us." That was never my intention. They were pressuring me like crazy to make a deal but as soon as I negotiate i'm walking all over them? That was pretty rude to say. 2 days later I hesitantly agreed on a deal and come to pickup the truck and do paperwork. The receptionist was VERY rude & asking why I was in that building instead of another building. I told her I have a text from my salesman telling me this specific building. But she didn't care and told me there's a lot of people in there as if that was my fault? The waiting area was also packed - way beyond covid limitations. When they took my plates off my previous vehicle, they just threw my plate frames on the ground and left them there. I had to go pick them up off the ground as I still wanted them. After signing all paperwork and getting ready to leave, I realized there's about 1/16th tank of gas in the brand new truck; not even enough for me to get home. A $34k truck and no gas? Really? Also when leaving, I asked if they'd like the title for my trade in vehicle since nobody asked me for that... I finally got home and realized nobody even mentioned to me how I go about making my lease payments. I have never leased before so i'm not familiar with it at all. Overall, I'm glad I got the truck I wanted and traded in my previous, but there were definitely some red flags throughout the process at Paddock. I already left this review elsewhere and am surprised nobody has reached out to me. They definitely have all of my contact info and are welcome to call me at any time. Not sure if i'll be going back there. read more

And I wonder why I've been dealing with Paddock for 20 years ???? Because of the OUTSTANDING Service, that's why ! I took my Silverado in yesterday for an oil leak. I was dealt with IMMEDIATLY...they gave me another Silverado as a "Loaner" and I was out the door in less than a half an hour. They called at 10 this morning....PROBLEM SOLVED !!! This is my second bad experience with the service department at Paddock and this time and I'm fed up and decided to write about my experience. I bought both my cars from Paddock but I will never give these people another nickel. I brought my 2015 Traverse in for service in November. I had a steering pump which needed to be replaced and was covered under warranty, I needed an inspection and oil change. I received a call from the service technician who told me I that my headlight went out after my car passed inspection and it needed to be replaced. The $170 charge seemed excessive but I authorized the repair after finding out the bumper needed to be removed. 4 months later the headlight was out again. I called and asked which headlight had been replaced because I wasn't 100% sure. I was told that they couldn't find the repair at all in their system. I scheduled an appointment and explained the situation to a technician named Christine M when I arrived. She was beyond rude. She basically called me a liar and said I must be mistaken about the place where my headlight was repaired, as if I was dumb enough not to know. I argued my point, told her who I had spoken with and how much I paid in total. She actually pulled out a calculator and started added the costs of all my repairs to prove me wrong. She finally looked in the notes once she figured out that I had overpaid for the repairs listed in the system( which she should have done in the first place) and saw that my headlight was replaced. It was the opposite headlight that was replaced and I was fine with that but by that point I was so pissed that she basically called me a liar and hadn't even apologized that I left and went to Keller instead. They fit me in the same day and only charged me $90 for the same repair that Paddock was going to charge me $175 for. My 19 year old daughter needs a used car and I recently obtained financing through my credit union. I was going to schedule an appointment with Paddock to look at their used vehicles but instead I will do Keller or Fucillo. Any business that can treat loyal customers the way I was treated doesn't deserve my business and will NEVER get it again. read more

This is for the service department. I took my cobalt in for an oil change, tire rotation, and their point inspection. First their coupon for this service on their website is a bait and switch. 34.99 for oil change, rotation, and point inspection. 39.99 for a different oil. But in reality the 34.99 is just for an oil change! Second they charged me for something without informing me beforehand on what they were doing. And lastly I am positive they didn't do their point inspection like the coupon says. Don't go there! read more

My experience here was just horrible. I stepped out of the box from the dealership I've always gone to..... drawn here by their recent commercial promoting a Chevy lease special. For starters, the amount that they were going to give me for my trade-in was an insult. I know I could have gotten more. No matter what, they would not budge on that amount. I was no dummy, they could have been more flexible with it. So I was told they would check on things the next day with the bank since they were now closed and play with some of the numbers. I left them with a down payment. So the next day I called for them to release the hold on my funds for the down payment when I was certain that I would not be agreeing to the figures they got back from the bank. This is where my experience turned HORRIBLE. The lady who deals with the return of down payment was extremely rude....(when I was FINALLY able to get a hold of her). She kept trying to get me to speak to the same finance manager who I told that I would not be interested in leasing. After minutes of arguing with her about why I was not going to speak to the same guy a 3rd time and her huffing and puffing....she finally rudely informed me that she would go ahead and process the refund. I shouldn't have to argue about MY money. After this entire experience I will not be patronizing Paddock ever again. Not now not ever. Nor will my family or friends if I can help it. I've been a long time customer of West Herr and to them I will remain. read more

My daughter bought a Chevy Cruz from here last week. My mechanic accompanied her to inspect the car prior to purchase. He noted that it needed an alignment and requested that this be done prior to her purchasing the car. They assured him that this would be completed. However upon receipt of the car while driving it the next day my daughter noticed that it was still pulling severely to the left by this time however she was on her way back to college in Connecticut. She also found out that she had been signed up for the GM credit card without her consent. When she was contacted by this company to get feedback on her customer satisfaction she brought this up to them. They promptly hung up the phone on her. When she contacted them regarding their failure to do the alignment they avoided her phone calls. This is not a reputable company and they are not interested in providing good customer service. read more

I took my malibu it to the repair shop for a steeling wheel recall a week ago today. I dropped my vehicle off and awaited the call to pick it up. I received a call later that day from the technician recommending a list of repairs including an oil change and a nail it my tire. The estimate was 1,800.00 I said no thanks and went and picked up my vehicle . I had all the issued that he recommended looked into and to my surprise I did not need them repaired and my oil didn't need changing and there was no nail in my tire. The best part is I notice a huge Crack in my interior molding that was broken by paddock while taking my steering column apart. they never explain to me what happened and never offered to fix it until I noticed it and called them very upset about it. I felt lied to . I can only imagine what I cannot see that they might have broken that they're not telling me about. the manager of the repair shop wanted me to bring my vehicle back into them so they can address all the issues and prove whether or not the molding was broken by his technician and if I needed all the repairs that were on the list and he would order the molding part to replace it not ,even an apology. there is no way I would ever take a vehicle back to paddock Chevrolet for a repair. now I have to go somewhere else for my brand new vehicle that I purchased from them in October. I am still awaiting the call for the molding part that was ordered by the manager. I don't think that I would trust my vehicle getting dropped off there ever again. I make sure that I let everyone that I know and come across how awful their service is. read more

RUN FROM PADDOCK CHEVROLET: While I had my offer on 9/29/12 with Paddock who just gave me a "general" $4003 discount (no rebates available according to them which was not what my research revealed). Prior to signing the deal on 9/29/12, I received a call from a competitor of theirs that said a NEW deal was starting and they could go another $2000 off (Total $6000 off). Clearly, this dealer had received the Chevy bulletin for October promos which for the Volt in addition to the 0% financing w/Ally, Ally also started offering a $2000 cash incentive effective 10/2. However, on 9/29 Paddock claimed to not know about any NEW incentive starting that the other dealer mentioned (I asked TWICE in front of witnesses) which clearly was not credible given the new promo was, in fact, effective on 10/2 and another dealer already had that info. Obviously, they wanted to book the sale by the end of the month as they are a "volume dealer" and advertise as such which is why they told me I had until 9/30 to decide. They could care less about the customer and in fact lied to my face TWICE when asked... read more

After 10 years of buying from Paddock and 20 years of owning GM products, I learned that I'm not a valued customer. I was treated poorly by both Paddock service department and GM. I stood like I was invisible when I was "triaged". When I got assistance, the manager was nice. However, my truck was out of warranty and GM would not provide assistance because I don't get my routine service from a Chevy dealer. When I appealed the process I was told the Service Manager (an elusive person that I never saw or spoke to) and the GM had already had this conversation and I would not get GM assistance for a faulty dome light. When I expressed my concerns to the individual that I have purchased 5 vehicles from, I got no response. read more

Steer clear! Went in to possibly purchase a new vehicle. The salesman seemed nice and eager to make a deal.. He tells me i will be driving the car home that day. We talked for a while and i give him a form of payment on the car, but then at 5pm says the detail shop was gone for the day so id have to get it another day. That really irritated me. He told me id be driving THAT DAY but above all else, if the dealership was open till 9 why was detail gone already? I ended going elsewhere and finding a better deal on the same car the next day which i was in and out of the dealership in under two hours! Trying to get a hold of the salesman at paddock about getting a refund was unsuccessful. Ive tried getting a hold of him over the phone, went into the dealership and was told he would be right with me. Never showed. I figured a finance guy would be able to help me with the refund.. so i email one of the finance people there and he tells me to come in to straighten everything out. So 45 min after receiving his email response i went into The dealership. I saw the receptionist tell the finance guy i was there. He looked over at me and told her to tell me to have a seat and wait for my salesman. After waiting a while, i told the receptionist to please have the salesmen call me as he has my number. Still waiting for a response from them. I guess the dealership must be upset i didn't end up getting a car from them. I got the refund i needed, but no thanks to paddock. The one other time ive gone to paddock, i felt so pressured by the sales team i didnt buy anything. Thought id give them another try. Big mistake. Go elsewhere read more

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. When we got to paddock we were greeted by Joe Gagliardo, Joe convinced me almost immediately that my daughter was in good hands. He listened to her wants and her budget and suggested the Chevy Trax (my family has also never owned a Chevy) after looking at 3 other dealerships and their line of cars she fell in love with the Trax. She wanted to invite Joe to the family dinner we were on our way to she was so comfortable with him. I cannot emphasize enough ! Stay away from this dealership. They sold us a Ford Fusion last year and we've had nothing but problems since then. My daughter is currently across the country and she has had nothing but issues and they don't seem to be getting smaller. Thought they were a reputable dealership and couldn't be further from the truth . Another not don't bother buying the extended warranty . That's another rip off. They're all smooth talkers there. Paddock Chevrolet bills itself as the number one Chevrolet dealer in the U.S.A. They are number one alright. Number one in lying to their customers and not standing by their words or products. They say they put their used cars through a 122 point check before they sell them. NOT TRUE !!! I bought a $25,000 used car (Cadillac SRX) and the power steering leaked a quart of fluid on the way home. The oil wasn't changed and the car was filthy on the inside. The front bumper fascia was all scraped up and dented and they refused to fix it. Some number one dealer. Oh, I forgot---the front tires were worn down to about 40% of the original tread and they wouldn't replace those either. That's what youget for 25 Grand at Paddock. read more

If you rated Paddock toe to toe with most of the auto sales & service industry, it would deserve ten stars. I keep vehicles a long time and Paddock has almost exclusively serviced the Chevy truck I purchased there in 2000 including oil and filter changes, because after working on vehicles all day I wanted a break from doing my own and because I am now retired I rely on Paddock service even more. My automotive experience places me in a unique position to judge Paddock service and let me tell you this place tries like few others. Yes there are going to be glitches but it's the nature of the business everywhere. I have over 45 years experience working in the auto service business in every position from removing salt air shipping protectant from newly arrived Volkswagons back in the 60's to Service Manager and everything in between. Most of my experience is as a service technician. I never worked for Paddock however I did once work for it's predecessor Lou Awald back in the 70's. Those who are so critical of auto dealers should be required to put the same demands on themselves as they expect of others. The auto business is among the toughest, most demanding there is and most of the problems stem from the demands of the manufactures placed on dealers along with an ever shrinking profit margin. Over the years I have encountered customers lying and cheating in order to get free repairs to the point that it seemed epidemic. I once worked on a vehicle that was low on fuel and noted it. The next day it was towed in with the customer screaming blame toward me. You guessed it, it was out of gas, he couldn't even heed a verbal/written warning or check his fuel gauge. Maybe he thought that because the presumption is that I made a ton of money I should have filled his tank free of charge so as not to inconvenience him. These are likely some of the same type of people giving one star reviews. read more

Pushy pushy salesmen like uncomfortably pushy I been going to West Herr for years and heard of a couple deals going on at paddock so I went there to check it out a salesman met me at the door which was fine he brought me in and sat me down and we talked a bit before I knew it we were test driving cars I didn't like any of them but he was trying to PUSH me into the last car I drove even though I wasn't thrilled with it and didn't lead on I was he kept trying to PUSH me into putting down a deposit even though I told him I had to go home and talk to my fiancé about it after I said that he followed that response with "we'll whose decision is it yours or his" I got immediately defensive because we share a mortgage so any big financial decisions should be made by the both of us. I came in to Paddock late on a Saturday without an appointment. I was expecting to get rushed around because it had already been a long day. My salesman, Tony met me at the door and we chatted for a few minutes about the type of truck I was looking for. He grabbed the keys to a couple trucks, both with a V6 and a V8. We went down to the truck lot by the 290 and I drove at least 4 Silverados. The one that I particularly liked needed a small repair, but Tony assured me it would be taken care of before I came back to drive it on Monday. We came to a tentative deal Saturday and I was happy with the numbers. Monday night I came back to check out the repair to the truck. It performed perfectly and I saw no issues. For the sake of a buck, I asked him to throw in a Tonneau cover because I was taking a truck that needed a repair. He couldn't do that, but gave a great discount on it, and lowered the monthly payment by 5 bucks too. I picked up the truck on Tuesday and it was detailed beautifully. The only thing still outstanding is that Paddock owes me a new wheel due to some corrosion, but that is already ordered. Overall I would have to say that my experience at Paddock far exceeds my experiences purchasing my two previous new vehicles at other dealers in the area. I've already told everyone I know to go see Tony for a truck, and he'll be my first choice next time I'm looking for something new. To make things even better, Tony entered me in to a rocktober drawing, and I won a signed guitar. read more

I just lost every damn trusted mind on every dealership. I know some dealerships are honest and do their work! But this place i have no clue about sales or other things but service. If you really care about your car? Please just goto other dealer service or just goto somewhere else. Seriously! These mechanics can not even install simple camshafts. I went to paddock chevrolet to get checked up because im keep hearing this whistling noise so they told me they are going to take it for overnight and figure it out. Eventually they did yay good job paddock chevrolet and they didnt know back than so those mechanics took out most lf the parts in my car. Perhaps if you buy a new Chevrolet, your experience is different--in part because you don't have to deal with the Service Department. However, if you buy a previously owned vehicle and any problems should arise, be prepared to be treated like a joke. The first car we were interested in was "lost". Even with three separate employees on the case, no one could locate it. When we picked up the car we did purchase, we discovered the check engine light was on after we were almost home. Apparently, the person inspecting the car forgot to reconnect a hose. After that, we decided to take the car to our mechanic to have him look it over, as we were beginning to highly doubt the quality control of this dealership and their service department. Our shop found a leak in the differentials and told us to take it back to the dealer. Especially, since it was within the first thirty days. I dropped the car off at 8:30 am. At 3 pm after receiving no contact from the service department, I gave them a call for an update. I was connected to my technician's voicemail. When he called back an hour or so later, he told me he did not have the tools to handle the issue and would have to take it to another garage. Which would require another day of service. At this point it was 4 pm! I had to go and pick it up and schedule a second appointment. He also told me that when he entered my information into the system, the repair was not covered under my warranty. First off, it was within the first 30 days of buying the car and second, I looked up the repair on our warranty and it is listed under the items that are covered. I even took it one step further and called the auto financer directly and was assured that it was covered under warranty and that the dealer should take care of it. At this point, I called and left another voicemail for my technician and informed him of this. When he called me back he said: "I can do one better. We will cover the deductible. Now you can go shopping"!!!!!!!!!!! When I brought the car back a few weeks later, I was told the technician I was scheduled to meet with doesn't come in for another hour and I could wait for him or see someone else. I already feel like so much of my time has been wasted so I choose to see a new technician. He tells me that no appointment was set up for me at the other garage and it may take A DAY OR TWO to even get it in. I wish it stopped here. My car was not repaired until the end of Day 2. As with the last time, I had to initiate contact. When I first spoke with the service agent, he seemed confused and said: "Didn't we just talk"? He also assured my the steering problem would be fixed on my car as soon as possible. That's great except the problem was a leak in the differentials NOT the steering. Lastly, he said my courtesy ride was all set up-- however, I was given a loaner. All of this made me very uneasy about the repair I was having done. My husband called the other garage to ensure the correct repair was being made. Overall, what a terrible experience through and through. I will never go back there again. I urge you to do the same. They just want your sale and could careless about your experience. read more

Very dissatisfied with the service I received at paddock... I had my eyes on a used VW that they had on their lot. Low mileage, 6spd, priced on the higher side but still fair. I dealt with one of their newer sales associates, Matt. Matt was a very personable guy and we were close in age so we chatted quite a bit. He was great. Then once it came time to run numbers, I found out how paddock really operates... I had another VW that I had planned on trading in towards the used one that they had on their lot. The difference is that mine was a special production VW thats 1/5000. I've taken the car to get appraised at several different dealerships and I have gotten more than fair offers. I won't disclose what the actual numbers were, but they were up in the high teens. Once I got my offer from paddock, it was like a slap in the face. Almost $6,000 off of what I was offered from the other dealerships. I went to walk away and Matt insisted that I meet the man behind the computer before I left; the manager. I walked in his office and he had a grin on his face. He asked what was wrong and how we were off. I told him about the other appraisals that I had and a little bit more about the car because it seemed like he had no idea what the car was actually worth. He kept sarcastically smiling as I was explaining what the car actually was, almost like it was going in one ear and out the other. He then interrupted me and said that the other dealerships were "scamming" me and jacking up the prices of the cars on their lots. (They were scamming me by offering me fair market value? I think not...) He went further and said that he worked at a VW dealership for 10+ years and that he sees these cars all of the time. (That's why the next closest one was in rochester, and to get mine with the mileage that it had, I had to drive to NYC from Buffalo. Yeah, exactly buddy..) He said that it was the same thing as a "GTI" with subtle upgrades and that it really isn't worth much. So the car that I spent months researching, that has 1.2 more liters than a GTI, an extra 2 cylinders, AWD, Special edition EVERYTHING, is just "subtle differences". He then went on to say "Let me educate you in cars, I've been in the business for years..." I ended up refusing his commentary and he ended with "We're done here. When you know how to do business you know where to find me." He was extremely unprofessional and part of me thinks that because of my age (20yr old male) he was taking me for granted. The whole time I spent in his office, I felt belittled and looked down upon. What he doesn't know is that I'm highly knowledgable in the Volkswagen brand. The one at paddock would have been my fourth VW. I've worked on and learned all of my cars as a hobby. But because of age discrimination and extremely poor customer service, paddock lost my sale. I don't think I'll ever return to this dealership. Even if the price changed to what I wanted it to be. I've never felt so belittled in my life. read more
