It's pricy (4-12yrs $15 | 13+ $20) but if you are only going to do one or two things in town, this is a good one. It took our family of five about an hour and we had a blast. We split up at times, worked together at others and at one point had someone in the middle trying to direct the rest to the exit. We laughed a lot and had enjoyed ourselves. We considered doing the mini golf afterwards but found it was just as expensive at the maze so we skipped it. The employee at the front desk was kind, answered our questions and even offered to take a photo of all of us outside in front of the sign. The employees inside the maze were there if you needed them, but didn't interact with us at all otherwise. There were ice cold water stations throughout the maze, which was nice and there are a fair bit of stairs, so wear comfy shoes!

The complimentary water stations throughout the course were a nice and much-needed touch. Be sure to wear tennis shoes, as some areas were muddy, and expect to break a sweat. One thing we really enjoyed was the flexibility to go at our own pace, or even split up and make it a friendly competition within our group. They bus you to the entrance, you grab a tube and/or carrier and head down to the water. They provide grass rope so you can tie together if you want to. The tube route did not have any rapids, but did have a stretch of faster moving water. No white water tho- which was fine with me. The water was super shallow in some places, super deep in others. Overall I would rent from them again when we go back to Broken Bow. Also- I would highly recommend wearing swim shoes! I had on sandals and when I had to get out of my tube to help a kiddo, I was slippin and slidin outta the shoes!

We had so much fun here last week and the staff was wonderful…read more Two young girls greeted us soon as we walked in; both were very sweet yet still professional. The man in charge of the go-karts was just as nice if not more so. He took the time to explain things to our 5 year old son and asked if I wanted to come into the 'loading' area to take pictures of him and his dad in their kart. After getting everyone settled and the racers off, he continued to talk with me while a younger assistant kept an eye on the drivers. When another couple came up to ride, they promptly put together a kart he said they'd just finished working on. Unfortunately after a few laps, it broke back down but he let them use another kart the next go around. It was too hot for mini golf but we enjoyed the go-carts which were surprisingly fast, even the double seater. Highly recommend stopping by even if you have smaller ones they can at least ride along. They also have bluebell ice cream for after.

As we chug along the engineer throws corn out the side. I guess they have been doing this forever because tons of deer come right up to the train tracks as soon as they hear the train whistle. We probably saw 30 deer, including lots of babies. They literally come right up to the train, almost within touching distance. The engineer was super nice and good with the kids. The little train is open so try to go when it's not hot. He even hit the gas hard as we were going down a hill to give us a little speed. They also have horse trail rides, pony rides, and some food. Things are a little overpriced so we only ride the train but it was fun. Also, bathrooms are a little bit of a walk down the road. The train ride is about 15 minutes, which is a fine amount of time for what it is. I would recommend giving it a try if you are in town.

Several of the contraptions did not work and some of the locks did not work or were not part of the puzzle but were not labeled. It was frustrating not being able to find where to start and the puzzles did not flow, leading you to the next task. Some puzzles were ridiculously difficult and could never be figured out without help! The staff were patient and helpful but I felt bad that they had to come help so much leaving the front lobby often empty! We would not waste our $$$ again!

It rained and was cold the whole week so most outdoor activities weren't practical. So we decided to go to Thomahawks and was greeted by a young man working alone. Very humble young man who checked us (me and my wife) in then took us to the boards. Gave us a brief tutorial and let us go. We were the only ones there for most of our time there. They played light rock and had unlimited drinks free after price of admission which is like $20 a person for 45 min. We had a good time just getting out the cabin for a while. I'd say it was a average time but, we enjoyed ourselves. It was a stress reliever after months of wedding planning and ended up being kinda intimate date before dinner.
