After owning the boat about 2 years cracks started to appear in the gel coat. Steven was able to grind into the soft spots the cracks had revealed and find the boat was actually wrecked and had major repairs in several places. One as bad as 12 ft long. On top of that the dealership hiding the boat had been wrecked. They had done the repairs incorrectly without any fibers in the patch instead putting several layers of gel coat to make the boat seam solid. Steve was able to identify and fix the damage, and he was able to articulate what had most likely happened to the boat and how they had repaired it incorrectly for us. Because of that we were able to recoup some costs from the dealer and now have a solid boat we can trust is in great shape for years to come.
