I was in shock so I told her I live a block away that I need to take my car home and park it. She told me okay I will call Milford hospital and let them know that you are on your way. When I got home I called 911 they took all my vitals everything was normal when I got to Milford hospital it was a zoo in there. There was no place to put my stretcher so they had to put me in a wheelchair and sent me in the emergency waiting room with everyone else. I was there for over 4 hours and I left. I will never go back to this urgent Care they are getting very sloppy.

However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Some rude assistant picked up trying to rush me off the phone and she said they never called the prescription because the dr wanted to talk to me. I said I wished you called to let me know. She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess. This is a very threatening office with a HARD hospice push since most of their APRN are part time employees/recruiters at Masonicare and benefit financially from each patient they can WRONGLY into their hospice program. Extreme neglect, negligence and patient abandonement. Corporate even a worse nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL medical office not partnered with Hartford healthcare because everything about this place will put your health and life in danger.
