Years ago, when I first started going to the office at 1591 Boston Post Rd in Guilford (which is now PACT) the office was a bit on the smaller IMO. Just a few years ago - 2 years 2 months to be exact, I made my way back to PACT. The primary care provider that I had decided to move onto another career. That being said, I started to search for another doctor. Lo and behold, after hearing so many incredible things about PACT, I made the decision to call and establish care there. A few familiar faces were in this organization. They were there when it was Pro Health Physicians of CT (name of office before PACT). Mind you, I do not just choose a physician right away. Reading reviews helps me best determine who would be the right individual to help me with my health. I started looking at the physicians who are part of PACT. All of which have good reviews. One that stood out the most would be an APRN. Of course, I took my time reading reviews and testimonials about this person. It did not take me that long to see if this individual was accepting new patients or not. I called the office and they answered all and any questions I had. In the summer of 2023, I started making my way to PACT in Guilford. Guess what? I have ZERO regrets doing just that. My PCP has seen me at my worse, best, and in between. Not only professional is this person professional, he takes the time to listen (does NOT rush), he cares, and ensures that the best care is given. No pressure whatsoever, just wants the best for me. I'm so grateful for PACT Primary Care, they are hands down the BEST!

The CPAP product they recommended (from APRIA) was recalled 5 days after it arrived, and they charged me anyway despite sending it back. Spent 5 hrs with APRIA's customer services unwinding my bill/charges. APRIA lied on multiple occasions to me, and Yale Sleep Doctors said "these medical device companies are all like that". This place is a money pit. I had an EKG done at my doctors office billed $97 and paid out of pocket…read more$38. I was asked to repeat it at the walk-in. All I needed was an EKG and results sent to my doctors office for comparison. The walk-in charged me $336 and my out of pocket was $238. Never again will I go to or suggest to anyone to use this place.
