I tried to use the drop off mailboxes in the front of the post office. One is bent like it's been pried open the other one has a box covering it. This problem has been occurring for several months. So you really can't blame the holiday season for it not being fixed. The entire United States Postal Service doesn't have a few extra mailboxes to fix this problem ? Attached are several pictures explaining this. Like I said one is completely closed with a box covering it. The other is pried open to the point where it would be reckless to even put your mail in it. This problem has been this way for several months and it is disappointing.

While I admittedly do not frequent this postal office, I would say that it is adequately run. That said these are government employees who are 'protected' by a powerful union organization. Barring extreme or illegal behavior, they are nowhere near being in fear of losing their jobs for doing anything but the absolute required to maintain employment. In my experience, the employees at this branch are courteous and helpful. It is true that there is often idle chatter going on while customers wait in line, which can be frustrating. Also, I've personally heard inappropriate conversation and razzing among employees within customer hearing. This seemed to be tolerated by even the person who appeared to be a superior. As a professional, I do consider this totally unacceptable. My transactions are, for the most part, simple and straight forward. Thus, I have not had 'problems' with these folks. I do believe that if one goes in prepared things go fairly smoothly. Supplies are [mostly] available for access and purchase and informational notifications are clearly posted and legible. I do not use the post boxes however the lobby has appeared clean and uncluttered during my visits. Thank you

I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.

I go in there and it was quick, easy and affordable! They really came through for me! Annette and her husband Yong were so nice and thorough with the fingerprinting process. Making sure that if any fingerprints needed to be redone, they did it so you wouldn't have the LiveScan kick back for any incomplete, partial, or unacceptable prints. The absolute BEST PART is I could walk in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and get my LiveScan done immediately!! The school district recommended all of the local police & sheriff's departments in Tulare county BUT every single one of them I called required an appointment that was a week or 2 out. That wasn't going to work! I and the school district really wanted me to start work in 4 days. The school district was a little hesitant to let me go to Copy, Pack, N Ship cuz they never heard of them before and weren't too confident in their turnaround time being quick enough like the police departments so I could start on Monday. But Copy, Pack, N Ship EXCEEDED my expectations by sending off the LiveScan electronically to the DOJ the -second- I left the store and I got my background check approved in less than 24 hours! The school district called me the very next day saying they got everything they needed, the fingerprints cleared and I can start Monday! Thank you SOOOO much Copy, Pack, 'n Ship!
