I got pistachio, cherry, and stracciatella and that's the order of my preference. The cone was crispy and not stale too despite me goring around 10:30pm. There is seating inside and outside. Perfect for the Dallas heat.

As it was late afternoon place was not too busy, it was clean bright, lot of options, everything looked great. Shayan was friendly, welcoming and as delight as the gelato. hubby and kiddo were too stuffed for gelato but when it comes to ghetto and ice cream, there'll always be a place in my tummy Decided to go with large, and you can pick how much ever flavors you want, I tried a couple of them and blueberry cheesecake stood out, something different, it was creamy not too sweet, balanced flavors, refreshing and light, so went with just one flavor, I absolutely loved it. Definitely give them a try, and definitely taste blueberry cheesecake.

No hello, no I'll be with you, not a wave, or even a we are busy so wait. I stood there hoping that accidental eye contact with anyone on the other side of the counter would lead me in the direction of a beverage. I did work in Italy for 2 months and I know they mean business at the coffee shops there. I guess you could say I had an authentic experience at Palmieri Cafe. The coffee was great. The price was exactly what I expected. The service was less than great. I probably looked like the guy that needed to be ignored that morning. What can I say I needed coffee. I would go back but there are many other coffee stops I need to visit.

It had a nice, warm, and welcoming feel, which made it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a quick treat. The staff was attentive and took my order pretty quickly, which I appreciated. My Americano came out hot and had a really good bold flavor. I love adding cream to my coffee, and once I did, it balanced out that strong kick perfectly. The beignets were made fresh to order and took about 7 minutes to come out. They were hot, soft, and very fluffy, almost more similar to a donut than a traditional beignet. Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, good coffee, and fresh beignets, I would definitely try Le Bon Temps again without hesitation.

Their ice creams were creamy and not too sweet, it was not overly indulgent. I wish there were more mix ins, but the ice creams were still yummy. The employees were kind and efficient and the store was very clean/minimalist. There's a bench outside and some seating indoors but I took mine to go. I picked up drinks for me and my coworkers and got there a little before 8 am and was the first in line. Talked to a few people who had gone the week prior and they said things were a little bit different this week: 1) only drinks and pastries were available 2) you had to download their app to be eligible Getting into the experience, I was first in line and after ordering waited about 20 minutes to receive all of my drinks and pastry. I ordered the pegasus matcha, strawberry fields matcha, the Spanish latte with a blueberry muffin. The blueberry muffin was good and had a nice crumble on top. The pegasus matcha was delicious and I will definitely be returning for that. I believe that the strawberry matcha might have been the wrong drink as my coworker said that it just tasted like regular matcha so a little disappointed in that. My other coworker said that he expected the Spanish latte to be sweeter but that it wasn't bad. While there was little disappointment with the drinks, this was all FREE and there was a good line behind me so shoutout to the workers working early in the morning getting everything done(: There is street parking and I ended up getting a good spot in the front but there is also a small parking lot in the back. Overall, customer service was good, the place is nice in modern inside and seems like a good coworking space.
