Very high quality seafood, cooked to perfection! I had Pacifico twice in the past few months and I was blown away by their delicious food. Both times, I ordered the fried fish and chips. The fish was succulent and tender, and the breading was perfectly crisp and seasoned well. The fries were tasty. It also came with coleslaw, which I found to be very underwhelming. I usually love fresh coleslaw, but this one was a little bland and watery. My mom had the fish tacos, which came with rice. She inhaled her food! No complaints from her, and she's a picky customer! HA! We were impressed by how generous the portions were. Even if you have a huge appetite, you will not leave hungry. The service was was good overall. The guy taking the orders was fast and friendly. The first time I tried them, they were pretty backed up due to the huge line of people, so perhaps they just need to plan better? However, the second time, they seemed like they had it together. Just a couple small complaints, which is why I took off a star. They didn't make their own tartar sauce and only offered packet sauce that was inedible. This is just my opinion, but if your specialty is fish and shrimp, you should absolutely be making your own tartar sauce. Pretty disappointed about that. As I mentioned before, the coleslaw was lacking in flavor. They also only gave me a tiny lemon wedge both times, which was not enough. I love lots of lemon on my fish. I came across this food truck at dumpling and beer fest-- I initially wanted dumplings, but the lines were insanely long for every dumpling truck. I opted for this due to a last resort type of thing but boy was it a blessing in disguise. The fish taco was one of the best I've EVER had. The sauce on them was especially phenomenal. The fried shrimp on the shrimp lovers plate was really good. It also came with a cup of some sort of shrimp cocktail or ceviche and it was okay. It just tasted like soft shrimp in tomato water. Definitely would just get the fried shrimp alone next time. I had asked if they had tres leches because I saw a review and he explained that his wife had made some from an original recipe.
