The last THREE times we've gotten fries with our order they've been hard as rocks with very little "white" starch/potato to ne seen! We suspect they are re-dropping fries that have already been cooked because they're very hard and stiff... Owners, you need to fix this! Also, the younger dark-haired guy that works the register barely opens his mouth even when spoken to and gives annoyed all the time. It's RUDE... Today when I pointed out the issue with our fries he just walked off and didnt communicate what steps he was taking. He also didn't acknowledge the problem with any sort of explanation or remorse - the expectation for good customer service... I HATE going here now. If it wasn't for my sister going, they wouldn't see me or my money again until they start treating US and OUR money like it MATTERS. We deserve quality food and good customer service like anywhere else, BESSEMER. Oh, and let's not forget the overpowering bathroom-like air freshener that the owner has set up in the lobby. It stinks and is a health hazard for people with allergy and respiratory issues.

Keep up the good work! Updated review. K's is still good, but their fries are pitiful. Always cold even when they're hot. Lol. They're never crispy or fresh tasting. And lately the wings have been small and over cooked. They really really need to step their fry game up about a million notches. And the cashiers are hood. A couple of the girls could use some training on how to be polite and courteous. I still fux with you wing master but you gots to do better with the fries. And again those cashiers on the drive thru are extremely ghetto and rude. Y'all better learn some manners so you can keep getting them nails did. Lol.

It was crowded but moved fast. I didn't want fries so I ordered a combo that came with 5 wings , veggie fried rice and a drink. The wings are small , which I'm cool with but when they give you five, it's not as filling. The veggie fried rice was ok. It was plentiful but lacked flavor to me. Despite the wings being small , they were seasoned nicely. The inside is still closed for business so the drive thru is the only option. The staff was cool. Accommodating. This isn't my top wing spot in the area but it's decent.

My food came out quickly and tasted very fresh! The food was great. I got the mild chicken tenders with mac and cheese and collard greens. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. The sides tasted fresh and homemade, which made the whole meal even better. I also liked that the restaurant was clean and seemed well-maintained, including the dining area and drink station, which made the experience more comfortable for me as a customer. Overall, I think it's a great spot if you're craving Southern-style comfort food with bold flavor. I will definitely be going again!

I waited in line for the kiosk for 10 minutes. I got my food just after 2:00. The chicken was cold and the fries were stale. I had assumed it would be hot and fresh since it took so long. The good: the employees and staff were very friendly. The flavor of the food was good. The portion size was incredible and a good deal for the price. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. This was my first experience at Eugene's, I will probably give it another shot. Mixed review, but 6/10 for my first time.

I was able to find a parking spot right in front on the street. I'm not sure if they have non-street parking on the side. But the place had a nice crowd. The staff was nice and the takeout process is typical. You are given an order number and they will call your number when the order is ready. There's plenty of seating but the spot is very casual. I ordered a 20 piece wings, half buffalo, half honey mustard with okra. The food was good, I wasn't overly impressed by anything that I tried. My food was a bit on my bland side in my personal opinion. But I would give them another try if I get another opportunity while I'm in the area. I'm still rooting for this business, so please give them a try!
