First off, I would like to say that I have been fortunate to have both worked with Keith on transactions where I was the Real Estate agent representing clients and I have also had the pleasure of working with him as a buyer myself in need of a loan. Michael Arenz is the best broker that we have been working in our experience. We came last minute when the deal was signed but our current lender rejected his own pre-approval letter. We had not an easy case and got rejected by several lenders just because they didn't want to spend time with our non-standard situation (self-employed, non-citizen borrowers).
