DO NOT OPEN ANY KIND OF ACCOUT WITH US BANK, YOU'LL REGRET IT! 10-7-24 - I'm back to write in my US Bank trauma journal. This week something happened for the third time in the last 5 weeks. On Monday I received a call from Jennifer, who told me that she will be my Point of Contact during this application process. We talked for a couple of minutes, but I told her that I was not in a place to continue talking. Jennifer and I arranged an appointment for her to call me at 1:00 the next day. I was thrilled, stupidly thinking "wow, I have one person I can talk to every time I communicate with US Bank". No, no, no, the next day at 1:00 I waited for her to call me. After waiting, I dialed US Bank at 2:11pm (my first mistake, right?). I asked for Jennifer, my point of contact person, and I was told that she could not be "transferred" to, nor does she have a direct email address"...what is the use of having a "point of contact person" if you can't reach out to her, ever...and never hear back from her :o( Reflection: 5 weeks ago, when I started this application process I talked to a Michelle, who called me and she made a phone appointment to call me the next day, at 2:00. No, never did she call me. Then, I remembered 3 weeks ago when I was talking with Customer Service, and I requested to talk with a manager or supervisor, I was told that one would call me back "in 24 to 48" hours. Well, that was on a Tuesday and I diligently kept my phone in my hands waiting for this fictitious manager to call me, it never happened. Horrible business practices, representatives telling you that they will call you back, even scheduling a time of day, then it never happens, is this what management promotes? read more

Unprofessional & uncaring. Go elsewhere for a hard money loan!! Incompetency rules the roost here. Did a payoff of a 2nd & a hard money cash out through them. When it came time to sign closing docs, numerous errors were discovered in the preliminary refi statement. Freaking amateur hour over there. They acknowledged their mistakes and then DIDN'T make any of the necessary corrections. They got their money, that's all they cared about!!! I had to jump through hoops to get the money back that they screwed up by sending it to the state for property taxes. UNBELIEVABLE!! Find another hard money loan broker & save yourself a lot of grief, PB FINANCIAL is NOT the company you want handling your hard earned money. LOOK ELSEWHERE! read more

WARNING - 5 start rating isn't high enough! They need PERFECT 10! Just listen to Paul and Peyman. If they can get my deal done, and it was outside the box, they got you! However, if you are in NoCal make sure you set up Title and Escrow first. SoCal has fees that are different. But yes, just do as they say and sleep well at night. I was a skeptic after dealing with amateurs claiming they could do anything. Do shop these guys just go with it. Very very fair. Thank you both again...B read more
