As first-time buyers there was a lot we didn't know, Stephanie and Annie at RPM Mortgage led us through the entire process, were thoughtful, always on time, and always responsive to any questions we had. I'd recommend them to anyone who asked. One thing I'd like to highlight was our offer to close process. We were up against 5 offers. Our realtor suggested we offer to close in 25 days to make our offer more enticing (we were up against 2 cash offers). As I said, there is a lot about the process that I don't know, but I imagine this made every step RPM took crucial in making sure we could make that deadline. Through consistent communication throughout the process, we were able to meet that 25 day close (I think it even ended up being 24 days). The last thing I'd mention is when we actually made the offer.
