We got to the point of testing the lights and they weren't working. The attendant did everything possible to make the thing work. We tried 2 different trailers and several adapters, to no avail. Long after most others would have given up, the guy (didn't get his name) running the location was helpful and resourceful. We managed to find the issue, and I was on my way, after over an hour of trying. In my book, that's a customer-focused approach and I appreciate it.

These folks used to be really great but the new management (last year or so) is very thankless and extremely awful. Mice (not caused from me) in more than one of my units- Reeks of rodent urine in more than one building. Rates being jacked up, new policies punish renters. Nothing positive can be said anymore. I cannot offer an ounce of good word. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are terrible in my book.
