We were here almost exactly a year, while our rent did increase, we were told ahead of time via email and our cost was still lower for several months before it reached the limit they had stated. We came once without water and they actually gave us drinks they brought for themselves for their lunch, we tried to pay them for their kindness but they wouldn't let us spend a dime. Getting here is a bit of a chore simply because Costco placed themselves on the access road. We hope not to need storage for a while, but if we do again it's our plan to return here.

We got to the point of testing the lights and they weren't working. The attendant did everything possible to make the thing work. We tried 2 different trailers and several adapters, to no avail. Long after most others would have given up, the guy (didn't get his name) running the location was helpful and resourceful. We managed to find the issue, and I was on my way, after over an hour of trying. In my book, that's a customer-focused approach and I appreciate it.

So after 20 years of working with this facility we are not ending it because of The manager Kelly. He is aggressive and volatile. Sticks his nose into other people's business and then accuses the people that he's accosting, with both verbal and threats of violence then stating that were the bad guys because we would not accept his threats and or his verbal abuse. When Diane was there we had no issues whatsoever we had a good working relationship. But with this gentleman we've already had three altercations with this guy to where he has verbally accosted and threatened us and our business. I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the last person in the storage business.
