Best Property Management in Ventura County - Kristina Brewer at RE/MAX Gold Coast…read moreI had an exceptional experience working with Kristina Brewer and the team at RE/MAX Gold Coast Property Management. I was referred by my friend Thomas Ennis, who told me they were one of the most professional property management and real estate teams in Ventura County, and he was absolutely right. When I first contacted Kristina Brewer, she responded immediately and came to see the property right away. Her energy, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the Ventura County rental market were impressive. Kristina researched rental comparables in Ventura, helped determine the best rental price, and guided the entire process smoothly. The home was professionally prepared and cleaned by Fantastic All Care Inc., and the RE/MAX team arranged professional real estate photography and marketing that made the property look amazing. Within a short time they found the perfect tenant -- qualified, responsible, and exactly what every property owner hopes for. Special thanks to the outstanding team involved: * Kristina Brewer * Jennifer Timm * Ana Lopez * Jessica Morales * Lisa Yaremchuk Their organization, communication, and professionalism truly show why RE/MAX Gold Coast Property Management is one of the best property management companies in Ventura County. If you are looking for: -Property management Ventura County - Rental property management Ventura CA - Tenant placement Ventura - Professional real estate services Ventura County I highly recommend Kristina Brewer and RE/MAX Gold Coast Property Management. We have had a very negative experience with this management company and would not recommend them…read more Throughout our tenancy, we experienced ongoing maintenance issues that were never properly resolved--most notably the dishwasher, which never worked correctly despite repeated repair requests. The issue was acknowledged but consistently ignored or addressed with temporary, ineffective fixes. The most troubling issue has been the billing and invoicing upon our departure. Unfortunately, my father is very ill, and we needed to move out of the residence as soon as possible to be with him. After 10 years as residents--with repeated requests for carpet updates, virtually no repairs completed, and zero tenant issues--we believed the outcome would be more amicable. Charges, as shown in the attached documentation, appeared to change after the fact, and attempts to obtain itemized breakdowns were met with vague responses or no response at all. This felt highly unprofessional and, frankly, raised serious concerns about the accuracy and legitimacy of their billing practices. At move-out, we were charged $1,200 for "cleaning," which is completely unreasonable. After 10 years, yes, some light bulbs burned out; however, we replaced them. The unit was left in excellent condition and was professionally cleaned. The attached preliminary statement provides no detail or itemized explanation to justify these amounts. Requests for specifics were never received. Overall, this company demonstrates a lack of transparency, poor communication, and disregard for tenant concerns. Between unresolved maintenance problems and unexplained financial charges, dealing with them has been frustrating and stressful. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and document everything if you choose to rent through them.

From the first day we met Brooke, she was fully invested in finding the perfect tenants for the home, which we spent three months renovating. Obviously, we wanted to have tenants who would appreciate the upgrades we made to the home and take care of it like we would. Brooke was so diligent with her communication, posted a sign and began advertising immediately, screened applicants thoroughly and found the ideal tenants in only about two weeks. She was also helpful with finding vendors to do some of the work on the home. The lease was signed today and the tenants move in on June 1st. Thank you so much, Brooke, for the A1 service.
